The Nillkin folding keyboard is an excellent bit of kit. It's well made, very portable and the fact you can link it to more than one device is a plus. The only reason it's not got 5 stars is because the manual could be clearer but it's still well worth considering.

Integrity: They r a real company and yes they take thier business seriously. They ship Device in 3-5 business (not deliverily). They might need to emphasize that
Shipping: I leave in MD, USA it took 2 weeks to get here. Tracking is good and in real time. I was not patient so I reached out
Communication: When I reached out about delay, the responded almost immediately. But the response came when delivery was made, so no need. I give them a 5 on Communication.

The Nillkin company contacted me and they solved the problem in a perfect way. They told me that it was a busy time for them but the way they helped me was well, quickly and satisfactorily.
Ordered a phone case, never received it, never even received confirmation of shipping. 5 to 8 days delivery time is clearly a lie as they are a Chinese based company I now learn. Makes it easy for them to scam you

Got a Nillkin Carboprop Kevlar Magsafe case for my Xiaomi 15 Ultra and I loved the features, especially the lens cover that doubled as a stand for the phone as well. Magsafe strength is good, not too overpowering. However, I did face an issue where part of the lens came off a few months in, probably because of weak glue, or I just pushed too hard trying to open it. Despite this, Nillkin's warranty service is great, offering to
replace my case with the same model for free. They even agreed to replace it with a different model that I requested, the one with a solid lens. Really recommend them for quality cases at a great price!
Delayed responses, no customer service phone number. Canceled the order and it was sent anyway. Wanted to charge me to have it sent back. I informed the company that i decided to go a different route after major delivery issues. Didn't seem to matter. I canceled before the package was picked up by UPS, was still sent. Never opened the product, but looked good on line. Now I have been waiting for a keyboard case for my s11 ultra, still not one out there. Was told it should be out in October.

I ordered a case through Nillkin. I did not order from Amazon and, wanted to warn people to stay away from this company. It was supposed to be delivered over two weeks ago. The company has not and did not respond to my inquiries about the case. I have tried to contact them multiple times with zero response. They have no way to reach them by phone. I ordered a phone case. When it arrived it didn't offer the protection necessary. I emailed customer support to initiate the return and refund and was told I should have read the specs more carefully!
I ordered an Iceblade CamProp case for my Fold 7, expecting dispatch within 24 hours and delivery in 5-8 days.
Since they haven't shipped, I'll open a PayPal ticket for a refund and purchase the case from Amazon.
Bought my case and screen protector from Nillkin.cc for my Galaxy Z fold 7.
Case fits flush. Adhesives provide stability.
The lenses kick stand also has been great as I've also been using it as something my finger can hold on to when holding the phone.
The screen protector also fits very well inside the case. Although mine initially didn't attach well, but the customer service team was very helpful to provide a solution.

Case is solid, excellent quality and fits well and offers all around protection. Especially important for me is hinge protection which is superb.
With case I have ordered protection glass which fits perfectly with the case.

Warranty claim on a Nillkin phone case with prop. The prop hinge had broken. Sent an email with the pic. They promptly sent a replacement. Two weeks from claim to delivered.
Scam Company – Poor Quality & No Refunds
I ordered a case for my Galaxy Z Fold 7 from Nillkin.cc and was extremely disappointed with the quality — it felt cheap and unusable, so I never even put it on my phone. I initiated a return request as per their clearly stated return policy, which promises a full refund including shipping.
Instead of honoring their own policy, Nillkin’s customer service (service at nillkin.cc
) flatly refused my refund and tried to pressure me into keeping the low-quality product by offering just 10% back and a 25% discount on another purchase. This is unacceptable.
The reality is simple: Nillkin ships low-quality products from China and does not stand by its own refund policy. Their so-called “return policy” is just a trap to lure customers in.They dont even deserve a single star.
Do not waste your money here. It’s a scam, poor products, misleading policies, and no accountability.
