⭐ 1 Star My experience with NinjaTrader has been extremely disappointing. All of the money I deposited into my account was eventually consumed by various charges and fees. I was not expecting the costs to escalate to this level, and I do not feel that the fee structure was made clear enough upfront. As a result, my balance was effectively wiped out by charges. To make matters worse, I have faced issues trying to withdraw my remaining funds, which has added to my frustration and concern. Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I strongly encourage anyone considering this platform to fully understand all fees and withdrawal policies before depositing money.

I just got off the phone with a wonderful rep named Mags and she was amazing! Her patients, knowledge, professionalism and ability to answer every question was sooo comforting. Ninja is a good platform for futures, all they need to do is give it a facelift, make it more intuitive, trader friendly, give it a feel of TradinView, and how about an in-built trade analysis tool with pie chart, calendar, graph and other data. I normally leave unsolicited reviews based on my experience

Excellent futures platform for all levels of traders
I have been a futures prop trader for 2 years using the ninja trader platform. The software is excellent for learning futures trades. There so many options and very easy to use. There is a learning curve especially learning how the markets work. The customer service is always knowledgeable and a pleasure. You cannot go wrong with ninja trader. Start with sim account before going live. Thanks Joe Borges
