VON and fire stick

The problem that I have with your vpn is that PRIME already knows that with my tv I’m already in Guatemala so doesn’t matter if I have VPN on or not, doesn’t let me access to must US apps that are not allow in Guatemala. I have to signed to my boyfriends account on his fire tv so I can watch peacock or apple….. no Prime (not even with his account) since my tv is already register in Guatemala! Not your fault though but Amazon fire stick is in control!!!! Besides that, I am very please using it since I have a another house in US, and when I’m in Guatemala I don’t want apps to track me!

I have used NordVPN for a few years now, and I am very satisfied. I work on ships world wide, and this VPN has never failed. Some VPN providers does not work on ships for some reason. (Our ships use VSAT and StarLink.) what I miss from NordVPN is antivirus and anti spyware. I have already had a “spy” on one of my devices even with VPN. (This was likely installed while someone had physical access to my device) Nord VPN pricing is high. However, they do sometimes offer large discounts, and I usually take advantage of those when prolonging my subscription. They do send an annoying amount of irrelevant emails. I would prefer if offers just stayed within the app itself, on a message board.

Great product. But the status display after renewal needs some work.

The VPN works flawlessly, and the ad blocker is especially effective. However, the threat protection frequently flags safe websites as harmful, so it would be great if the filtering criteria could be fine-tuned. Also, when a site is blocked, I want it to clearly display the URL or domain of the blocked website. Although my contract officially ends in August, I switched ahead of time in June to a different bundle that includes NordLocker. Since then, I haven't been able to check the new expiration dates for my VPN and NordPass. Although I managed to confirm them through chat support, I strongly request that these expiration dates be easily visible on the "My Account" page.

Static ip stopped loading...Nord has no clue

Static ip stopped loading and support does not have a clue on how to fix it. The reply from NordVPN is to give my ticket number. I talked with 3 different departments and NONE of them put in a ticket, I responded back with the information from the chat event and you already have the information needed to resolve the issue. Your support failed.....NordVPN made their problem my problem. I do understand many external factors can effect how vpn's function, but this is the service you are selling.

Assistance changing my NordVPN logon e-mail address

The company e-mail instructions by its employees were easy to understand. I thank them for that and also for their quick response to my e-mails. I contacted NordVPN as I needed to change my NordVPN e-mail login address. My previous address had been deleted which meant I was no longer able to log into NordVPN. The only thing I found difficult was that after I provided at your employees' request details of my registered NordVPN annual subscription payment incl. date and amount I was told that details of my my most recent payment were insufficient and I needed to provide the details of the Nord subscription payment that I made the the year prior to that. If I had mislaid those particular details I am not sure what would have happened. Possibly you might have used some other verification method. The information and instructions though that you provided by e-mail were wonderful. I thank you and those involved for your support!
