I ordered an expensive fireplace heater and didn't quite perform as well as I expected. So I returned product within the guidelines posted on the website. Never received a refund in a timely manner. I had to call Customer Service 5 times to followup on refund. Seemed like the return was "forgotten" if I didn't keep calling. Four weeks later, I finally received a refund. Customer Service Reps were super friendly and I liked talking to them all. But I wish there was more attention taken to the refund.

Thanks to Customer Service for lettin me know that some pieces that I paid were not compatible, so they help me up with the cancelation of that product and made the refund. I wouldn't notice at any point. So they were very helpful. Thanks!
