We never received the hearth mat that was ordered, but after the company was notified that it was not received, they contacted me and refunded the order. Good customer service on their part.

Why was my order several weeks later arriving?

I ordered one of the featured lifetime guaranteed fireplace grates. Est. Shipping time 10 days. I waited 14 days to contact them. Cust.Ser. Rep. said he would check and get right back to me. Did not happen. @ days later informed it was a “special order” shipped by supplier and would be shipped shortly. Arrived about a week later. No way to run a railroad.

Buyer Beware!

After waiting 10 days and hearing nothing from them, I called and asked when my item would ship. They said they couldn't give me a ship date! They wouldn't let me cancel until after two weeks had passed and they still couldn't give me a ship date. They only canceled when I threatened to call my credit card and report them as spam. Apparently, they are just middlemen.

I found the brushes I needed with the end fittings I required. They work well. I'm still working the brand-new stiffness out of the 10 incher but it's cleaning the chimney so much cleaner than the smaller brush did. Both brushes are doing a far superior job than my 30 year old worn out ones. I just used them yesterday before I start a week of burning the woodstove day and night.

The product took forever to arrive, then couldn’t return it

The product took forever to arrive. Once I figured out I couldn’t use the part, tried to return it but it was more than 10days since I received it so couldn’t return it. Now I’m stuck with a $105 dollar part I don’t need.
