I am 75 yrs old with a muscle disease. My Nuvio mat is wonderful!! I lay on it each evening before bed and it relaxes my leg muscles. The mask is a bonus to keep my face younger looking. Thank you!

I really like using my Nuvio red light bag and mask. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I would have appreciated more detailed product information about the different settings and their uses. For example the differences between the colors, pulsating lights, frequencies/hz, timers etc. I have found it useful to have a small towel nearby to wipe it down after use. I wish I had ordered the cap as well. It has since been offered as a “freebie” with the purchase of the bag and I feel I missed out on that deal. I am very pleased with my purchase though and have recommended it to others. It meets my personal needs.

I purchased the Nuvio mat about 6 months ago, and I can honestly say, “With consistent use, it has kept me dancing!” Being a competitive country ballroom dancer in my 60s, I can dance pain free now. It helps with joint pain and muscle recovery between competitions. I recommend it to ALL my friends! It was easy to order, and it arrived as promised. When traveling, I transport it in the original box, but it would be great if it came with a carrying case! That’s my two cents!

I love my new. I have been using it every day and it has been a part of my muscle recovery as well as I play meditation while I’m in it so it’s definitely a part of my daily self-care. I have had it for a while and one day it wouldn’t light up so I reached out to Nuvio and there support system immediately handled the problem without any issues and sent me a new transmitter. Super happy with the service and with the product !!

We have the red light mat which I use every day for 40 minutes. It really worked in healing my back after prp injections. We also have the face mask which we love. They are a very honest and caring company and respond quickly to emails.

Customer service is the best I have had in a LONG time. We have had to request 2 warranty issues. This has given us pause on the quality control of the company, BUT they immediately dealt with the issues and sent replacements. Exactly as a company and their customer service department should handle any customer issues!

From point of order to receiving the large red light therapy package, everything was excellent. I have the two mats and the facial unit. Everything works well. Only suggestion for improvement is more literature on the controls/setup. Anyone can manage; it’s not difficult to figure out. However, helpful to know more about the other lights and how they benefit the body as well as why blinking vs solid light therapy, etc. I do like to be fully informed.

We have had our Nuvio chiller for about a year now and recently our submersible pump stopped working. I reached out to customer service and almost immediately was in contact with A.R from the customer service team. He initially suggested some trouble shooting methods and when those didn’t work he quickly shipped us a new pump. I am thankful and impressed with the quick and professional response I received.

I contacted Nuvio customer service regarding a redlight therapy mat that stopped functioning. A.R. in customer service responded to my message wanting to make sure my issue was fully understood. After speaking with technical support and knowing my mat was still under warranty A.R. quickly responded back to me and sent out a replacement. A.R. was so very quick and helpful making sure I was satisfied.

the chiller definitely could not be used outside. no way it can keep up. brought it inside a and it just runs for hours and hours. never got below 45 degrees. this is barely an entry level chiller. disappointed. would not buy ever again.
Upgrade to the chiller if you are using bagged ice for ice baths
