I originally contacted support (Order #17973) over a year ago regarding a defective, leaking cold chiller. What followed was a 15-month support nightmare. Customer support repeatedly dragged out the process by asking for endless video tests, isolation diagnostics, and troubleshooting clips—running out the clock on their "warranty" period.
The real scam:
After admitting my original unit failed their own isolation tests, they refused a free warranty replacement under the excuse that my order was now "out of warranty"—even though the issue was reported during the original warranty window.
They convinced me to pay an additional $100 for a "refurbished" replacement unit.
The refurbished unit arrived in even worse condition than the original: it leaks severely, the touchscreen control panel is broken/dead, and the cooling system fails to drop below 48°F.
When provided with clear video proof of these defects, support dismissed a major water leak as "normal condensation," promised an update from their "technical team," and then went completely silent for over a week.

I’ve left plenty of reviews over the last week in every place I possibly can. I have a customer service request that has not been answered for what is approaching two weeks. I just want a reply and to talk to a human who can help resolve issues when I have them.
I've had a great experience with the red light therapy bag. Just turn it o , open it, get inside, zip it up and wait 20-30 minutes. I listen to a podcast in the evening while doing it and it's my fav part of the day.
Recieved the incorrect item. Emailed support same day I recieved. I asked for a return label and have been back and forth with w rep 6 times. Still no label a month later. I have emailed, text messaged on website, sms text the phone number listed. They respond but give a run around. Buyer beware. 8/27 Update...finally recieved shipping label. I will report back once the refund is complete.
I am in Australia, so the first good experience was that it arrived and in good order.
I initially bought it for myself however, our dog (a beautiful, 14 year old Border Collie) was not well and she was wrapped in it for 20 minutes a day.
It must have given her relief as she was happy to lie on it. Our gorgeous girl has since made her journey to the next life.
The family use it for all their aches and pains, so I have ordered another so I can have mine back. I have referred 2 of my friends to Nuvio also.

I did so much researching various red light devices and the blanket was exactly what I needed. I was right. I love it and use it daily. Today, I went with my daughter to tanning salon and red light room but the entire time I was thinking I love my blanket better. I can use it in the comfort of my own home, at any time I wish, especially at the times my pain is increased due to my ankylosing spondylitis or inflammation. I place it across my bed and turn on music or TV or audiobook while I'm relaxing in my bag. My husband has commented several times he wished I would have found this few years ago so I didn't have to suffer in so much pain but we are glad to have it now and utilize it daily.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nuvio. Their products were defective, and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite repeated attempts to get support, there was no resolution offered. Based on this experience, I would never purchase another product from Nuvo and cannot recommend them to anyone.

My product arrived ontime and worked as advertised except that it had trouble staying connected to my WiFi. I reached out to customer support and was very politely led through a series of troubleshooting. Eventually the unit still had trouble staying connected. I ended up being connected to Charlie in customer support and was sent a new unit that has been working perfectly. I would say Nuvio has done a great job of standing behind their product. Charlie was very professional and polite in all our dealings.
I reached out to nuvio in regards to a red light therapy mat and one of the light strips went out in the box is making a weird noise, the converter box was very loud. They didn’t even hesitate and sent me on another one. That’s the kind of support that you need from a company.

I ordered the Red Light Therapy Bag, and received free a Red Light mask. This purchase had a 30 day guarantee to return for refund.
I am getting a run-around from their support department. They will not provide the return authorization data as I requested.
They have replied but they have not provided answers to my questions, and they are not providing the return authorization I was told I would need. They only point to the delivery proof from UPS. I contacted customer support when I first opened the box. I was expecting a one-piece Red Light Bag, but instead it looked like 2 one-piece pads instead. They replied to my email quickly to explain how to connect the two pieces which becomes the bag. They also responded quickly when i needed help getting both pieces to light up together.
They were very patient with me throughout the assembly process and I am enjoying the Nuvio Red Light Bag. I love it, its roomy and I am feeling the benefits. Low back pain and sore muscles resolved after my triathlon training each morning.
I'd been having hip and knee issues and have seen an orthopedic surgeon and said I was 50/50 on a hip replacement. I starting using The Nuvio Bag red light therapy. The upbeat courtesy emails do not help when you’ve spent nearly £500 and still don’t have the item you’ve paid for. If you buy a Gucci bag online from Gucci it arrives three days later from Italy! This kind of delay is not acceptable.
This red light therapy mat really is a great healing device. With repeated use it helps with good sleep patterns and alleviates pain. We just wish it had the Pemf pulse included in the program as it does provide deeper tissue healing.
