CAUTION!!!AGGRESSIVE CALENDAR INTERFACES DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I booked a bus ticket with them a month in advance and their website algorithm changed my travel date at checkout. Support refuses to provide user session logs to prove their system didn't glitch. Be careful booking here."

Usually efficient but had a terrible experience with Jose San where they caused an issue by not processing a refund correctly and then refused to refund because they didn’t process it in time and refused to take responsibility for it so I was messaging them for over a week about one issue until they just closed it.

Scam platform. They do care only about 5 star fake reviews here. If you have problem with anything - support will not help you, will not refund you for non provided service. Scam platform. Stay away
No ticket s or reference even though money reservation can be seeing on a bank account. Chat customer service line over an hour and starting to think that there is no one coming to chat from company side. Return of the money takes 15 days. Never going to use this app again. Always there is some sort of problems with it!
The booking of my Eurostar ticket to London was easy, however, the train was delayed nearly 2 hours and neither Eurostar nor Omio would help to get the refund sorted. Eurostar pointing at Omio, Omio pointing at Eurostar. In the end, the customer gets no help other than AI bla-bla
