Chronic knee pain relief!
My wife has arthritis in both knees. We decided to see if the sleeve from Onecompress would give her any relief. After the first night, she said her leg pain had almost gone away. Her knee has been mostly pain free since- a dramatic change from results we'd had before with braces and wraps.
Not only does Onecompress make a great product, they also have amazing customer service. We ordered two of the same size sleeves, but the sleeve for her left leg was just too tight. We sent them an email asking about a possible exchange and I received a reply in 5 minutes indicating that they would send a larger sleeve immediately at no charge!

I seldom write an excellent review for a company for outstanding customer service because there is so little of it. I ordered two pair of premium anti-fatigue bamboo foot sleeves and when they arrived I tried them on and discovered they were too big. I went to my phone to get a way to contact customer service and I had an email asking how I liked them and if any problems or concerns to please contact them. What a nice surprise to have someone asking this. I replied to the email that I had ordered the wrong size and could I please have a size smaller sent.
Justine in customer service replied back she would have two smaller sizes sent out.
They were shipped out the next day and I received them yesterday. I asked Justine how to return the larger size and she responded you may just keep them or donate them which I did. I wore my bamboo foot sleeves last night and they were very comfortable. Thank you Onecompress and Justine for taking care of your customer.

Great product, great customer service!
I recently ordered 2 different sizes (M and L) of knee braces from Onecompress, just to cover my bases as I have bought so many knee braces over the years from other brands that ended up not fitting. The Large was way too big, and I liked the size M, but there wasn't much compression at my knee. I emailed Onecompress and asked if I could return the L and get a S. Jean from the Customer Service Team replied immediately and said that she sent me a S as requested, but no need to return the L and at no charge. Wow! When I need another braces, who do you think I will buy from? I can assure you it will be Onecompress!
