Two points: One Compress products are exceptional; they really reduce pain and help support aching, wobbly knees; and the quality is very high. Well worth the price. I have three different products from them. All have helped me tremendously. Totally different from regular compression socks.
Point Number Two: Customer service is superior! Both Avon and Jean have helped me with finding the right size and best use of the products. They respond to emails immediately, and have solved any issues I have had.

Onecompress knee sleeve is amazing and the customer service is excellent
I highly recommend Onecompress. I had knee surgery and had swelling and pain. I saw the Onecompress knee sleeve could help with my issues. I have to say I was skeptical but it actually helped! I had been wearing it for about a week when I noticed a small hole that I could barely see but I was concerned it might get larger. So I emailed the company and included photos and the very next day I received an email from Kea, a team member of the company who informed me that my Premium Knee Sleeve would be replaced at no cost and I could keep the one with the hole. That is what I consider to be excellent customer service! Thank you!

Sleeping through the night
I ordered a couple pair and have been using them for the past week. I have neuropathy issues and the foot sleeves have done wonders. I don’t wake with pins and needles stabbing at my feet, so I sleep through until morning.
I ordered 2 pair, Large and XL, as I was unsure of size for me (I am at the end of Large and beginning of XL). Large worked fine, and I wrote support to ask how to exchange. Jean wrote back within a day, had already sent another large pair and told me to just keep the XL; I’ll find someone who can use them and pass them along. Their customer service is really great!

I'VE ONLY HAD THE FOOT SLEEVES FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, BUT ON THE NIGHTS I'VE WORN THEM, THEY SEEM TO CALM MY FEET DOWN TO ALLOW ME TO SLEEP. My first purchase at OneCompress was the knee sleeve months ago. The bamboo sleeve fit as soon as I put it on. It has helped relieve the pain so much that I use it only when needed. Within the past months I’ve purchased the full leg, foot, calf sleeves and the hand gloves. The product is so comfortable that I wear my foot sleeves at night to reduce ankle swelling. I am so happy with these products that I recommended it recently to my friend with arthritis. I actually gave her my extra pair of hand gloves because she complained the pain keeps her awake at night.

I am very impressed with Onecompress. I ordered some ankle sleeves to help with recovery after an ankle replacement and a knee sleeve for pain. They are all very comfortable and well made and the ankle sleeves are unique in that they come up higher than any others. Unfortunately, they are thicker than I expected and don't fit in most of my shoes, so I asked to return them. Nelson responded with courtesy and promptness and refunded my money without hassle. What a wonderful difference from all the scams out there! I will keep the knee sleeve and I would suggest the ankle sleeves for anyone who is in need of compression without shoes.

The leg sleeves
The leg sleeves, which were from a generous promotional sale, arrived quickly. The bamboo material is nice, and they were easy on/off. Unfortunately, at the time I ordered them, I did not know that I require medical grade, 20-30mmHg compression, which is unavailable from Onecompress. I talked with Jimmy on the phone, and he handled my return quickly and easily.

I first started using one compress…
I first started using one compress about 2 years ago. I was having knee pain with no relief. About a year later, I decided to go all in and get two knee compress and two toeless socks. I found so much relief from them. I thought I needed size small in the toeless socks, but they were too tight. I reached out to CS and they immediately had size Medium in the mail for me. They give me such relief from my foot pain. I also suggested to my sister she try the knee socks after knee replacement surgery. She says they are a dream! I just keep spreading the word! I bought the first pair of foot sleeves back in June. I bought 2 pairs so I could alternate when a pair was dirty. I noticed improvement in the first week. Comfortable and cool enough to wear all day and I don’t have AC in my home. I work sitting at my job, I want to try wearing them when I go back to work. I’m a teacher aide and have had Summer off. Excellent customer service!
First I ordered the knee compression and I'm very pleased with them. They're very soft and I wear them every night and my knees don't hurt or swell nearly like they used to. Second I ordered the foot compression socks. They were too small and I tried to request a return. At first they missed my email but when I followed up they were so genuinely apologetic and immediately issued a full credit for them and told me to keep them or share them with somebody who might be able to use them. This is the definition of great customer service!
