In spite of using the size guide to get the correct size I found the bamboo sleeves uncomfortable to wear as the tight rubber band at the top dug into my leg, which is sensitive due to both lymphoedema and varicose veins. Mariz in customer service was very prompt and helpful and I have received a full refund. I am disappointed that this product didn't suit me as I would have liked to be able to try them.

I really love your product. The compression paired with the support straps are great for arch and heel support during long shifts on my feet. They've really helped with sore feet in general during my shift. Also, the bamboo materials do a very good job of keeping my feet cool during the hot summer months. The sleeve is well made and supportive, but I am unable to use it because I am allergic to the rubber dots inside the upper thigh portion of the sleeve. I replied to a follow-up email from the company about my purchase with a description of my issue, and Tiffany quickly and professionally responded. Where do I start. After reading reviews, I decided to order two knee compressions in two different sizes. I have been on a weight loss journey and not sure which one I needed. After ordering, I received an email thanking me for my order, standard email or so I thought. A few days after receiving my order I got another email asking about my experience with wearing the items. I explained that both sizes were too small, rolling down, and since I didn’t want to bother with ordering more etc. hopefully soon I would fit in the larger size I ordered. That was not good enough for the customer service rep that emailed me and she placed the order for me for a larger size!!! I mean, I am speechless!! They have been in constant contact with me and genuinely care about my experience with their product!! I can’t say enough about my experience, not only with the company overall but especially Jean’s attentiveness and efficiency in helping me get the product I need!!

I’ve had an excellent experience with OneCompress. Recently, I reinjured my knees. One is arthritic with a degenerated meniscus and the other is slightly arthritic with a torn meniscus according to the MRIs. I also have lymphedema in my right leg. After seeing an advertisement for OneCompress, I ordered a pair of leg sleeves. They are comforting, supportive, and comfortable. They are much more comfortable than knee braces but offer some support and also seem to reduce the pain in the knees. They feel cozy and aren’t too warm. In addition, they feel great when I use an ice pack on my knees. I usually wear them during the day but they are also supposed to help at night. I was so happy with them that I ordered another pair so I could wash one and wear the other. I accidentally ordered a pair of knee sleeves instead of leg sleeves. I emailed OneCompress, telling them I would like to return the knee sleeves and purchase a pair of leg sleeves. I quickly received an email from Jean at OneCompress informing me that they would send a pair of leg sleeves and to keep the knee sleeves. Right after that I received an email confirming the order for the leg sleeves. That is great customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong product and they are making things right for me even though it was my mistake. You couldn’t ask for better service than that. I highly recommend OneCompress for their product and for the excellent customer service.

I have only had it less than a week, but, generally, it has relieved some of my knee pain while sleeping.
