Speedy delivery of the samples I requested. As a result I placed am order for two carpets, both at a GREAT price! Once again, the delivery was quick. Brilliant company.
Incorrect size received
I purchased artificial grass for my garden from this company, the roll I had ordered was 4m x 14m. I had arranged for installer to come and lay this. He advised that the roll I had roll of artificial grass was short by around 5cm meaning the roll would be too short for the area I required it for. Thankfully he was really good at his job and was able to make a join. This of course, incurred extra charges from installer that wouldn’t have been necessary is the company had sent a roll that was the correct size and the size that had been paid for. The real issue is the lack of accountability from this company and are taking no responsibility for this and have advised that 5cm short is “within their tolerance.” Would not recommend this company at all and won’t be purchasing from them again and would suggest looking elsewhere to anyone looking to use them

With respect to the measurement being “within tolerance,” please note that this is an industry-wide tolerance of +/- 1.25% and does not apply exclusively to Online Carpets. We are unable to confirm whether any additional allowance was added to your net measurement when placing your order. However, we recommend adding around 10 cm rather than ordering the exact measurements of the area you intend to cover. Firstly the carpets are good quality… HOWEVER they stink
Firstly the carpets are good quality and good value, but that comes at a price. I bought two carpets. One smells like Marajuana and it wont go away. The other has been off gassing the smell of its adhesive. Ive had them a while now the first one in August September 2025 and teh company told me to sprinkle baking soda and carpet freshener on them. Its not helping the one that smells of weed, and it temporarily freshens the other one. When we first got it, the glue smell was so bad I had an asthma attack. Im a year on and if I leave my living room door shut and the room is warm, when I open the door all I can smell is weed! Its embarrassing. Plus who wants to spend hundreds of pounds on carpets that smell? I googled the problem and apparently some of the off gassing that can occur can smell like weed. Its revolting. I wish the company could do something about this. Otherwise theyre reliable and the carpets OK, I bought the Saxony Maverick carpets.

As you have identified, new carpets and their backing materials can release residual compounds, known as "off-gassing". The smell can become more noticeable in warm or poorly ventilated rooms, and can sometimes be described as similar to other strong odours. Quick, efficient and very professional
Very good communication- helpful advice- quick, efficient and very professional- very pleasant to deal with. It was a small job, laying vinyl flooring in bathroom, but would happily book again for larger jobs.

Excellent service. I was uncertain about delivery arrangements because I was going to be away from home but I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone. She explained how to manage it and in fact the flooring arrived very promptly before I left. The driver was also very helpful. The flooring is a great product and at a reasonable price from Online Carpets.

If I could give one star I would
If I could give one star I would, ordered vinyl, waited 3 days for delivery which was fine. Driver turns up and says they e only gave him one roll when there was meant to be two. I rang customer service and the lady I spoke to probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with. No apology and told me I have to wait another 2-3 working days. Completely unacceptable but nothing I could do. Wait the three working days, called again and an hour later I go an email saying we're collecting your parcel. So after 4 days they didn't even give the parcel to the courier. Finally got delivered today but never again would I use this company. Zero customer service skills

They were fantastic, from start to finish I was kept informed about my delivery day and time and the delivery was on time and the driver was more than helpful.
