Very easy to order
Very easy to order, lots of choice and the delivery only took a few days. I could not match the price elsewhere else and the delivery driver was very polite. Well Done
Literally worst company
Literally worst company. Brought laminate, all expanded and bowed. Asked for 100s of pics and info sent, fobbed off multiple times takes weeks for a response. Snarky customer service, honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Basically told them to shove it, got rid and re brought. Won’t go there again nor recommend, simply inadequate, fraudsters. Pathetic can’t believe these kind of companies still operate in this day and age.

The detail in the description of each carpet was really clear and helpful such as the pile, the room that it's ideal for etc. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.
