My flooring was all rippled in centre so had a full refund

Excellent customer service

Good quality and good value. Ordered two separate pieces of vinyl flooring one of which was damaged when opened, customer service dealt with this very efficiently and a replacement was delivered promptly. Excellent customer service. Will be using them again.

FABULOUS COMPANY

I cannot get over the Quality of the service of Online Carpets they are absolutely amazing! I will be ordering more carpets now for the bedrooms . I even had a text message on the morning of the delivery to say it would be arriving at 8.35am and the driver pulled up spot on time I couldn’t believe it ! Just Wow !! The quality is fantastic and the company are brilliant and queries or issues they are on the ball . So fabulous to be able to talk to a human at the end of the phone Thankyou so much Diane for my querie on my order she was straight on to it . My carpet came and it was fitted by our local carpet fitters and now looks absolutely beautiful. If you all want to know which one I had it was the blue striped one for my two sets of stairs to go with my beach theme it looks amazing I’m overwhelmed Thankyou Online Carpets your wonderful 🐬

Well recommended

Before ordering I made two requests for samples, both of which were delivered free of charge the next day. Ordering and payment was simple and the communication from Online Carpets was excellent, including on delivery day and which was augmented by tracking on the day. The delivery driver was cheerful and helpful too. My carpet and underlay are great quality at a very good price.

I am really disappointed with my delivery

I am really disappointed with my delivery experience today. I received a text message beforehand reminding me that my order was kerbside delivery, which I had absolutely no issue with and was more than happy to carry into my house myself. When the driver arrived, he asked if there was anyone there to help lift the order off the van. I explained it was just myself at home. Before I had the chance to say anything else, he said it was “a joke”, that he wouldn’t be lifting it, that it would “kill his back”, and that I should have organised someone to help. From the moment he arrived, I felt his attitude towards me was poor and it made me feel uncomfortable. I watched him place the laminate packs onto the ground quite loudly and heard him mumble under his breath, “this is f****** ridiculous”. After I started carrying some of the flooring inside myself, he told me he needed a photograph of it all back outside. I explained that I wasn’t lifting it all back outside again and that he was welcome to take the photograph at my front door instead. I told him that I felt his attitude and customer service were unacceptable. He then repeated what I had said back to me in a sarcastic tone whilst making hand gestures, before continuing to mumble comments from the back of his van and driving away. To be clear, I had absolutely no issues with the kerbside delivery requirements and was happy to carry the flooring into my home myself. My complaint is entirely about the way I was spoken to and treated. I have since discovered that my delivery was signed for despite me never being asked to sign or give permission for anyone to sign on my behalf. The signature recorded is not mine. No customer should be left feeling uncomfortable at their own front door. I am extremely disappointed by the service I received and hope this complaint is taken seriously.

Great company with a very professional delivery service

Great price and service. I had to postpone the delivery as I just got out of hospital and couldn’t help the driver unload. The staff totally understood and were really helpful, when their driver arrived a week later he made sure I didn’t lift anything and placed all the items exactly where I needed them. A great service from ordering online, communication with the company and then completed by their very professional, friendly and helpful delivery driver. Will definitely use them again. Thanks

Great quality

It was easy to choose and order samples, before making a decision about which carpet to go for. the ordering was easy and delivery was swift and given a delivery slot to meet my needs. The carpet is of great quality, I am so happy with it.
