The whole experience buying online made me very nervous,never done it before ,had my son supervising me. The vinyl flooring i purchased was of good quality .No delivery sat / sun made it nearly a week for delivery . Very small samples sent out making it hard to tell the colours . The outcome great service Great quality and the flooring looks fabulous .The price was a lot cheaper than elsewhere and better quality ! Well done online carpets .

I ordered a carpet on 4 July with a delivery date of 7-9 July. As of 30 July, I have still not received it. Despite repeated assurances from the company that delivery would take place, I remained at home on four separate occasions awaiting delivery, but the product never arrived. The company has retained my payment for almost four weeks without supplying the goods purchased, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Furthermore, it has failed to effectively manage its chosen courier service or hold it accountable for meeting agreed delivery commitments. Absolutely gorgeous carpet
Absolutely gorgeous carpet! We did have to use shorter grippers due to it having a felt backing but the carpet quality it's fantastic, especially for the price! Delivery on time and even put it where I needed to store it for fitting. I will deffo be back.

I purchased LVT flooring from Online…
I purchased LVT flooring from Online Carpets, which was professionally installed on 3 March 2025. Around three months after installation, the flooring began cracking, chipping and breaking away in several places. The deterioration has continued despite normal domestic use. The situation became particularly concerning when my one-year-old son picked up a piece that had broken away from the flooring, put it in his mouth and began choking. We had to remove it from his throat. I provided photographs and raised a formal complaint. Online Carpets rejected the claim, stating that they could not conclude from the available evidence that the flooring was inherently defective when supplied. I am extremely disappointed with the durability of the flooring and the decision to reject my complaint. The matter remains disputed and I am continuing to pursue it.

Our records show the flooring was installed in March 2025, but the issue was not reported until July 2026. After reviewing the information provided, we were unable to conclude that the flooring was inherently faulty when supplied, which is why we reached the decision we did. excellent customer service and quality of carpets
I received excellent customer service. In the lead up to my order, whist trying to decide which carpet to go for, I sent several emails to the team with various enquiries, all were answered very quickly and professionally. We’re delighted with our carpet choice (Taurus invictus) it’s amazing quality and was such a great price, we couldn’t have afforded a carpet of such high quality from a high street retailer. I would definitely buy all future carpets from here.

After unrolling the first carpet it was found to be covered in pieces of other carpets, sellotape and paper etc, then the fitters noticed lines, marks and a stain, not a great experience!

The website was easy to navigate and I’m in my 60’s lol. I ordered the sample and it came through on time the sample was perfect, so I ordered the carpet. The delivery was on time and the lad who delivered it could not have been more helpful, he also took extreme care when inside my home. I got a professional carpet fitter to lay the carpet and he commented on the great quality of the carpet. So overall a great experience shopping here.
