Total scam. They create an email box that you don’t have access to and put it on the passport application. Their customer service reps don’t even know where they are expecting you to send your passport. Watch out.
That response doesn’t even answer any questions, which is consistent with their deceptive business model.
How is it possible to get two immediate responses to an online review and ZERO responses to my calls and online submissions to customer service? Message on call line says everything is reviewed within 1-3 business days and I still don’t have an update 5 business days later.
Reply from Online Expeditors2019-07-26Greetings and thank you for reaching out to us. As the US Dept of State uses an appointment/slot system, with limited opportunities to submit documentation to any given office, when we will actually receive your documentation will dictate where it is sent - this is based on what Regional Passport Agency has the availability to process any given application based on its specific needs. If you have any further questions in regards to the process, federal protocols, or your application please contact us and speak with a Passport Advisor. Thank you again for your feedback, and we look forward to further assisting you!
**UPDATE**
Sarah - we spoke to your concern that the service representatives with whom you spoke did not have the location for you to send the docs when you initially called in. We would be happy to answer any further questions you may have. However, we take seriously the registration we have with the US Dept of State, and must adhere strictly to the federal protocol in order to retain and renew that registration annually. We are far from a scam and would be happy to resolve any remaining issues you have with your order.
As we said, we would be more than happy to answer any further questions you have or look into your case. So please do send over your order information so we can better speak to your situation. Thanks!
