I like prices at this store.I bought NFS SHIFT 2 Unleshaed for 8.68e and i think thats great price.But , maybe was some tehnical problem, it took them 3 days to finnally give me cd key, and thats a lot.In messages it was written that there are some issues and they going to solve it.I was like, omg i did it again, i bought something and i just trow my money and i will never get it.But after 3 days i got it and i was happy :) It was issue i belive, i trust the site and i love prices. Keep up with good work

Why buy our games in sites like Steam, Origin or uPlay when you can do it in a much cheaper way and have all the same benefits? Although the delivery is sometimes slow, OnlineKeyStore is undoubtedly one of the best key stores!
Didnt get a key after 1 month, support banned my account because I opened a ticket.
I have purchased a key for Battlefield 4 premium. After 3 weeks still no key, so I sent them a mail. 1 week after that still no answer so I open a ticket. Then someone tells me : You opened up a dispute instead of contacting us or waiting for the keys, when our system detects disputes auto banned user account which is why you are banned. WHAT! Cant I open a ticket when I fell I got ripped off. My payment was succesfull and so was the order itself. I demand my key or a refund, to settle this and I can be positive about this company. ***UPDATE*** 09-JAN-14 I have posted a message on facebook and they instantly gave answer. They unbanned me and I found my key, but it is already used so when I asked them to help they respond like "lol this Lol that" they should be more professional with handling customer instead of treating them like kids. Shady business practices; Unreliable customer support
Bought BF4 on Nov 2nd for $41.87, was given a duplicate key, was forced to let them onto my computer to use teamviewer to mess with my files (they did nothing), was told I would be refunded by Nov 16th, however they did not refund me by then and it took some serious effort on my part to get them to actually send a refund. They finally sent it, though, so I will give them that. Personally I'll stick to other sites. I would not reccomend not buying from this site because if you do not get your key right the first time it's very hard to resolve and will cause you a huge headache.
Very bad customer service, buggy payment system.
Paid with paypal, and transaction was marked "Failed" although paypal already transferred and acknowledged my payment. After contacting customer support, there have been no concrete answer for 6 days. First time that I have to file a Claim on paypal and contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud center for buying online. I am very disappointed. This wasted a lot of my time.

***Edit: The issue has been solved. I'd have appreciated better communication, but I cannot in good conscience leave a one-star review, so I have changed it. I bought AC4 a couple of days ago, and paid using one of the services available on the site - hipay. The payment has gone through. The money has been taken out of my card, I have gotten a confirmation number from hipay, yet onlinekeystore claims to not have received the money. Over two days, I have gotten one reply telling me to sort it out with hipay, as if it's a problem of mine. I have emailed the site various site, through their support application, to let them know that hipay confirms the money has been transfered, yet there is no reply. My emails are simply ignored, and at this point I just assume my 30eur has been lost. I had made various other purchases from them, and I got the serial after an hour or so. The fact is, however, you judge an online seller by how efficiently they handle problems, how user friendly they are and how secure you feel handing your money to them, and in that aspect, the extremely poor service that has now led to me losing 30eur, the frustrating feeling of being ignored even though everything they asked was emailed promptly, is forcing me to take time to not recommend this site to anyone. Look around a bit more, spend 2% more, and get someone who will help you out when a problem arises, and not steal your money.

I have ordered CS:GO which was delivered instantly and BF4 cd-key preorder which was delivered well before the actual release day so i had time to pre-download it before release date. EDIT: My friend got Russian / Polish cd-key when he ordered english BF4 premium bundle. Support service is not willing to do refund of the product because it can't be resold. They should still offer partial refund so can't give good stars for this shop anymore. I used to be loyal customer, can't trush them anymore :(
empty promises, bad support, way to slow at answering
This was my 3rd and my last order at this shop. At the first two orders the payment crashed right after I paid so I had to open a ticket because it need manual verification. It took half a week for them to answer and get me the key. Now I preordered COD: Ghosts cause they say on their homepage that keys will be delivered one day before its released so predownload is fine. Yeah, empty promises, nothing happend. No key, no answer about a ticket!!! Same shit with these reviews, 5€ to your oks wallet if u post a review on another page, so I did but never got the 5€. There are way better and cheaper shops. Only preordered COD Ghosts cause I got cash in my oks wallet. otherwise I would ve bought it somewhere else and have saved 8€. They sell is for 44€ other trusted shops sell it for 36€!!!
Promise something, but they cant hold it!
I preordered COD:Ghosts and they say we get it 1 day before Release date. (GUARANTEED). No its near 23 and i didnt get it 1 hour before Release. I can say the site is good for other things - Buy Microsoft Points or so - but not to preorder something!
Scam: Fake CD Key, guaranteed me a refund over 6 times, never gave me one
I would expect so much more from a so called "established/trusted" company such as OnlineKeyStore Their unprofessionalism is beyond bounds. I ordered Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist on 22/08/2013, it has been almost 3 MONTHS since i placed the order, not only did i recieve my order almost a week later, i was given a Fraudulent/Fake CD Key which did NOT work, and was already in use. After weeks of trying to sort the problem out with your staff, one of your staff "Bilal Ahmed" confirmed that the problem was with your stocking department, therefore i should be refunded. After being assured of a refund not once or twice, but FOUR TIMES, i have NOT recieved a refund into my bank account. FURTHERMORE: My account with OnlineKeyStore has been disabled and they did not refund me. I can no longer contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE KEY STORE. It is a complete scam.

Very fast and Nice Support
I buy from OKS since the 2008 and I always get every single game that I've ordered. Only one time I haved called the support for a CdKey of Diablo 3 that got some problems with the activation and in around 3 hours everything is going good. The price are the lowest on the web and they have cdkey for every game exited since 2006. Very nice vendor and website.
Fast and cheap
Bought BF4 (Standard) at OKD for about 37 bucks, which isnt the cheapest price out there in the internet, but still pretty good. I received the key fast enough the preload the game before the release (with my slow inet connection this took about 9 hours). So OKS is pretty fast and pretty cheap. Recommended! :)

There were problems with the right keycode of FFXIV and this didnt let me to play 2 days, but it wasn't OKS's fault and they resolved this efficently :)! Cheap price! I would recommend this site. ( even if the support is a bit slow ) :)!
