Betrug und lächerlicher Support. Lasst euch nicht vom Aussehen der Seite täuschen.
Hatte mir zwei Keys gekauft die auch völlig in Ordnung waren. Hab mich dann entschieden noch mal zwei Exemplare von Battlefield 3 Premium zu kaufen und Origin zeigte an, dass die Schlüssel benutzt worden sind. Anscheinend kommt es häufiger bei Shootern vor. Hab sofort den Support angeschrieben und der hat mich erst aufgefordert die Keys (abfotografiert) nochmal aufzuschreiben um sicher zu gehen, dass ich die Keys auch richtig benutzt habe. Verkäufer kam dann zu dem Entschluss, dass alle Keys richtig eingegeben wurden.
Dann fing die Sache an richtig komisch zu werden. Ich sollte mir Teamviewer runterladen, damit der Support nachsehen kann ob ich die Keys schon benutzt habe oder nicht. Jeder würde jetzt hier STOP rufen, doch habe ich den Support trotzdem meine Origin Ordner durchwühlen lassen. Dieser meinte dann, dass ein Ordner fehlte. Ich habe ihn gefragt was genau fehlte und er sagte ein Ordner mit Avataren. Er war der festen Überzeugung, dass ich mehrere Accounts hatte. Der fragte mich für wen der andere Key sei und ich sagte für meinen Freund. Daraufhin wollte er seinen PC auch durchwühlen obwohl er den Key noch nicht bekommen hat. Mein Freund verweigerte den Zugriff auf seinen Computer und bot ihm an Screenshots und Logs zu senden.
Der meinte, dass es so nicht geht und warf einen Betrug meinerseits vor.
Jegliche Bemühungen, die Sache zu klären scheiterten.
Hab im nachhinein dann auf anderen Seiten gelesen, dass andere genau dasselbe erlebt haben. Negative Kommentare werden auf der Seite des Shops und auf Facebook gelöscht.
WARNUNG: Falls ihr euch doch Entscheidet in diesem fragwürdigen Onlineshop was zu kaufen, bezahlt lieber per Überweisung oder Kreditkarte (Zahlung kann zurückgenommen oder es kann mit der Bank abgesprochen werden), da ihr mit Paypal, Paysafecard u.s.w. Wochen warten müsst bis ihr euer Geld wieder habt.

I had bought two keys that were perfectly fine. Then I've decided to buy another two copies of Battlefield 3 premium and Origin indicated that the keys have been used. Apparently it is more common in shooters. I wrote Immediately to the support and they asked me to write down the Keys (bc they took a picture of the Keys) to make sure that I have used the keys correctly. Seller then came to the conclusion that all keys are entered correctly.
Then the support started to be strange. He asked me to download Teamviewer, so that the support can check if I've already used the key or not. Everyone would now call STOP, but I still let the support see my Origin folder. The support told me that a folder was missing. I asked him what exactly was missing and he said a folder with avatars. He was convinced that I had multiple accounts. He asked me for who the other key was and I said that it's for my boyfriend. Then he wanted to check his PC too, even though he never received the key from me. My boyfriend refused the access to his computer, but offered to send in screenshots and any kind of logs.
The support immediately said it was fraud from my side.
All efforts failed to resolve the matter.
Then I've read in other sites that others have experienced the same thing. Negative comments will be deleted at the side of the shop and on Facebook.
WARNING: If you decide to still buy from this questionable online shop, rather pay by bank transfer or credit card (payment can be withdrawn or you can call your bank), if you pay with paypal or similar sites you might end up waiting weeks till you get your money back.

I really like oks. They have great support that answers your questions quickly. They also have great prices on games. I must say this is really great place to buy your games.
Used activation key(s) and extremely questionable support!
I've purchased a key from OnlineKeyStore recently (Remember Me Steam Key), and even though I did not receive the key within the "instant delivery" timeframe (as written in the product description) of ten minutes, the key however did show up 10 hours later. The activation process was fine, and the key was valid as it definately should be!
Now, my last purchase is of a whole different kind. Two days ago I puchased another Steam Key for "The Amazing Spider-Man", the key was delivered immediately, but to my big "surprise", upon activation in Steam, Steam notified me that this key had already been used (tied to someone else's account). This is NOT acceptable in the slightest, so I made ticket on OnlineKeyStore's support section regarding this problem.
I was told that they needed me to install TeamViewer, so they could remotely "investigate" the problem. Yeah, not exactly much to investigate, they key had obviously been recycled. Having a rather dense library on Steam, and a lot
of confidential material on my system, puts me entirely off by the thought of letting
strangers, support staff etc. administer my system and in this case my steam account (which per Steams guidelines is a clear ToS "Terms of Service" violation).
My concern regarding their investigation procedure was stated in my response to their reply, but I never received a reply for a solution or a refund.
I will from now on stick to my regular and trusted [external reference removed] and avoid any future purchases from this company! I'm sure it's all fine and dandy once you are fullfilled with your order, but this highly suspicious method of support is just not acceptable!

Tragic - no communication from customer service, no CD Key ever showed up and just an awful company! Paypal dispute has been started however I have to wait a week to even get Paypal to look into this awful money stealing company!
Hello, I bought the key off this site I was giving a download link which then downloaded through torrent, there was hardly no seeders or peers so download was painfully slow even though im on a 120mb line. once game had downloaded I installed it and part of the game didn't work, my friend also bought the game and downloaded it and same happened as we were going to play zombies together on call of duty waw. I emailed customer service team he accused me of wanting the game for nothing and that they only sell games not make them so this wasn't his problem, I paid 8 pound for the game if I was going to try and get one for free it wouldn't be this one trust me. anyway I sent another email and they just wont reply anymore, I bought the game on steam and it works fine. stay clear of any direct downloads from this site, use steam or origin keys only. customer service is worst ive dealt with
I've bought a lot of games at this store and was very happy with it. I liked the payment methods and the cheap prices. But after some months without any issues, I had some serious problems with them. I bought a Origin Game, but the key was already used. After that, I contacted the support and after some texting, the guy told me that he wants to look at my computer with Teamviewer. Because he didn't tell me what he wants to do, and I dont like stranges on my PC, I let him join a Virtual Machine with my Origin installed. After Teamviewer connection was made, he told me that he doesn't believe that I tell the truth, because I have to hide my real computer.. and that they won't give me the Key i've bought..
I made some more tickets later. But all of them got closed without answers..
Also I bought two Kaspersky Antivirus Licenses (3pc) there, but all of them got activated to many times.. Someone there was also using them. They must have shared them.
The sad thing was, that some of my friends believed my stupid recommendations and also bought games there.
I had some troubles with the phone verification. The support site didn't work, but after sending an e-mail, the problem with the support site and the verification were solved pretty fast. I recommend buying products from this store, as I am a happy customer.
I orderd a game and paid it via skrill. somehowe their software didn't notice my payment and i wrot a support ticket. they promised me to have the payment checked manually and that they would send me the key after that. until now nothing happend, even after i asked for new informations concerning my order.
So lets start, From previous buys I would normally give OKS a very good review of being smooth and fast, but not this time, this time it took me over the 24hours guaranteed period to receive one of my keys which was for Homefront and remember it is a 24 hour GUARANTEED period so you would rightfully expect some kind of compensation for them not meeting that time period but instead they say because it was a bug in THEIR system THEY did nothing wrong and will not accept responsibility for the lateness, I know for a fact if This was to happen at for e.g [External reference removed] with their next day GUARANTEED delivery they wouldn't hesitate to give you the delivery money back because THEY can accept that bugs in THEIR system are their fault and they missed that guarantee, no excuses.
Eventually in the end I got the key after they had to send it to me manually.
Edit: they have now lied and in the comments of this say they don't offer a 24hour guarnteed period yet I proved them wrong by linking their own support site to them.

I orderd Simcity limitid edition, haven't heard anything, havent recieved a game only a key..
The don't answer my mail so i made a ticket today like the want, and i am still waiting.
This is a easy way to make money.
No support product no anything.
I waited for my product from 6-3 and now the simcity is sold even cheaper.
Not nice i hope other people will not be trapped like me.

After pre-ordering SimCity, OnlineKeyStore only provided a very late update that keys would start issuing on 07/03/2013 at around 9am GMT. After 9am GMT there was no information provided to customers as to when keys would start being released or if there is a delay. Almost 3 hours later, facebook posts asking for information were being deleted. OnlineKeyStore treated me as a spammer as I continued to ask why facebook posts were being deleted and no information was being provided after each deleted, and I was blocked from the facebook page. Asking for information is not spamming! I finally asked for ;a refund and had to wait for a rude email stating that the pre-order was cancelled but did not include if money was being refunded. I understand if there is a delay, but refusing to comment and deleting customer enquiries is not the way to handle a business. I will now never purchase from or recommended OnlineKeyStore to anyone.

You continually spammed facebook even after an update was posted, this is considered spam as it is literally classed by definition.
Facebook is not support, had you opened a support ticket we would have solved your issue as per our SLA.
You were banned from Facebook as per are terms and conditions regarding spam, your money was refunded and this was clearly stated in the email.

After ordering a game that was marked "Direct2Drive", which translates into Quote: "Download2Drive is a service for retail keys (non-Steam and non-Origin) whereby the user can indefinitely download the retail files from us for use with their licence (key)", and receiving the key after not even a minute, I had to pay an additional fee of 2€ to download the game from them!
I recognize that it is expensive to run big file-servers for all the files and probably the game publisher requires them to have costly protection for the files. BUT customers have to know that there are additional costs involved if they want to download the game from there!
So I leave this website with very mixed feelings: Happy that the delivery of the keys took less than a minute, but also offended that I have to pay for the download of the game without being warned.

Please be aware that all sites charge additional fees for downloads especially ones that are very cheap anyway to begin with. We are working on ways to make it more transparent but it does tell you that it cots an extra €2 if you notice the button that says +download where it explains unless you click that it will be a key only.
I do understand this is hard sometimes to notice but we dont do this intentionally

Purchased a game from them last year that was listed as Direct Download with the Digital Distribution Logo displayed which says: "The files downloaded are from publisher digital distribution packages and you are allowed to re download them as many times as you like from wherever you are".
However what they do is sneak in an extra fee, because all I got was the game key and the game itself wasn't downloaded from the publisher at all despite the product page saying so (clearly a lie). You have to pay an extra fee to get the ISO download from Online Key Store, so be careful if you see something that says direct download. It actually means CD key only but download available as an extra fee, the product pages are not clear enough at all. The product pages lie and some games are not downloaded from the publisher, instead just some random ISO you uploaded to your own servers.

While I see those many positive reviews, my experience with OKS is not positive at all. I purchased a Season Pass for Assassin's Creed III but I could not download the first DLC. According to Ubisoft OKS is not an official resseler and the key provided is not official. The emploee that was in charge for my case did not know how to solve my problem and did not answer my question on how to ask for a refund. Finally I got a refund through PayPal.
Maybe it was just one incident but I am not buying again from OKS.

Firstly apologies for your bad experience and we are sorry Ubisoft reported this false information to you.
I will explain further, We buy the keys from the official distributors that are licensed by Ubisoft to resell the keys, therefore we in effect have the rights to sell them as and when we like without the need for a license.
They simply tell you this to then ban the key (on the basis its not from your region which isn't even listed in their own t&c's) and for you to then buy it from them at an inflated price.
We never get this response from other main companies only seems to be Ubisofts way of undermining the company and keystores in general with no legal justification in any terms and conditions or statements to back up these claims.
We would have simply replaced and/or refunded if you had contacted us.

The shop is very good, its delivering the keys very VERY fast.
If theres any problem, the support will help you, just write a ticket, then its taking a day, and youre problems are gone ;)
its just the issue, that sometimes keys dont works, it can happen, you get a discount code, or wallet funds, and thats it, so the support is doing hell of a job.
I buy there very often ;)
I made a purchase (Hitman Absolution) and paid it and after 6 days I'm still waiting for my key. I submitted 3 tickets and they have not even bother answering them.

Key didn't work and they refused to replace/refund
About a year ago I purchased a game key from this site, but when I tried to activate it I was told that the code was invalid. I contacted the sites support, but they were not very helpful. For more than a week I was constantly emailing them asking for help or a refund/replacement but they wouldn't do anything and became very rude. I eventually became tired of their behavior and I started a PayPal dispute. Because of this dispute they banned me from the site and I was unable to get my money back.
The site seems to have a lot of positive reviews on here, so I guess when they keys do work the site is great. But, in my experience, when something goes wrong they are unwilling to help. I will never purchase anything from them again, and I wouldn't recommend others doing so either.

We always help and respond within the 24 hour SLA, considering you are commenting and reviewing after 1 year maybe you think things have changed since then correct?
anyway sorry for your 1 bad experience from over a year ago we have a lot more staff now and have strict SLA's in place. Sure we will dispute any chargeback or dispute on paypal if we think the information submitted was false as it normally is.
