Order cannot be tracked nor any process to get status. Ridiculous.
Ordered a metal print June 26 and supposed to be delivered July 6. No way to track nor CHAT helping in anyway. It is ridiculous and no way to know when my order is coming. Will never order again.

Absolutely beautiful print arrived earlier than expected!Well packaged, excellent company wanted a certain type of print for a frame and struggled online to find a ready made picture I liked in the size I wanted, So ordered the print and I especially loved the border on the print as it makes it look much more designer. I ordered the frame separately from elsewhere looks lovely together and much cheaper than a ready made picture. I will def use again for future prints for my home - Thank you!

My items came damaged. The customer services are extremely poor.
I really needed these for some very important birthdays.

I logged my damaged order with your very poor AI customer service system on 9th July 2026. I was told I would have a response within 12 hours. And haven’t heard thing. The event is on Sunday and you have completely ruined this. Also on the topic of quality, the prints on the aluminum are really bad. Have you actually seen what these prints look like? It’s appalling you send this out to your costumers.

Service and the website is great, not to mention the prices , however the packaging isn’t could be just me but mine arrived damaged , posters were rolled up, and still got a bit damaged due to the packaging been bent.

Bought two canvases, one was great, the other has a design fault. I spoke to their AI chat bot, couldn't get through to an agent, it has re-ordered me a new canvas but it will probably have the same design fault. I emailed them and got a reply saying 'This inbox isn't monitored'. No phone number for customer service. I need a human to fix the issue I have, but you can't get through to one.
