Never again
Sent them a photo of a cat to be printed on a t-shirt. In the process of printing, all shadows were made GREEN instead of grey and black, and the cat's nose RED, like a blood-covered vampire creature. But they have an excuse for such original colour changing during the print. So there can't be a guarantee of how your photo will look on the t-shirt. I wanted to make more orders with them, so I bought their membership deal straight away, but never again. Order number37370465

Could be better
Generally pleased, but a 15mm white strip along the top detracts from the end product. Surely the canvas could have been more sympathetically applied to the frame.

Excellent acrylic wall art
Excellent acrylic wall art, colours are vibrant and true to the image I uploaded. A great buy at the reduced price. It was also supplied with fittings to attach to the wall. My only minor grumble wouid be that they use Evri as the delivery courier.

Delighted with my print! Went with the enhanced colour option and glad I did. It is a gorgeous end product.
Great delivery turn around
Great delivery turn around. Just a small point. The poster prints 70 x 50 when opened had a couple of fold marks which flattened out in the frame. The box was really good quality and was not damaged.

Really happy with my canvas prints
Really happy with my canvas prints, they look amazing and were affordable.
Arrives damaged, not once but twice, maybe the 3rd time will be the charm...
My first order of the 36x24 poster can damaged. It is really a pain to get in touch with customer service as it ONLY an online chat box. I received a reprint and it came even more damaged. It's not the shipping box, that was fine, the foam core board poster arrived twice with VERY visisble crease marks across the middle, the back of the poster as smooth as can be, makes no sense, why would they package it all up in bubble wrap and send it to a customer when you can CLEARLY see it's damaged.

I did not recieve my full order - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I did not recieve my full order. What i did receive was great, but NO customer service. Tried LIVE chat, 5 times. Same crap each time. Finally received an email asking for pics of everything I did receive. (though I had sent what I didnt receive via chat). Do you think my email would send? NO. Tried with photos, without photos, via phone, via computer. I was supposed to be able to hit reply and send. But email would not send at all. Tried chat again to say email wouldnt send. Chat goes around in a circle, then it closes itself so I cant reply and have to open another new chat. i WOULD NOT Recommend. Wished I had of seen reviews on facebook first and saved myself the stress, time and money. terrible customer service!!!!!!

Seriously impressed, despite initial doubts!
I'm a professional photographer and normally use high end labs to print my stuff. So, when I got an order for a large canvas print, and my usual lab was too busy to meet my client deadline, I chose Optimalprint - who were 75% cheaper. Being honest, my hopes were not high and when the used Evri as the delivery partner, I pretty much resigned myself to the inevitable disaster... However, the print arrived on time and it looks fantastic! I mean, it is seriously good and easily rivals the high end lab I use. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that the box was damaged and the only protection the canvas print has was a plastic bag. Had this been wrapped in bubble, or even extra card, five stars would be assured. Bottom line - I'll be using Optimalprint again. :-)
