Their response was quick. Their plumber, Joel, was responsive in a positive manner. He was professional and courteous. Made sure everything was in working order when completed. I would recommend them.

My air went out on Friday after regular hours and there was no real person to take the message. The service provider that was contacted and finally came on Monday was excellent! My home was 99 degrees at 6 am on Monday.

I called on July 27 around noon and the guy was very rude. I called back and the other person said hold on and hung up. I requested a supervisor to call me back and I have yet to hear from someone. Horrible customer service care. Horrible hold times!

The endless hold times over an hour to just get a live person on a call to file a claim is ridiculous. No matter what time you call early am, mid day it’s all the same endless hold times hours long! Then to get any reimbursement is near impossible from this insurance company. Only silver lining is when they suggest a third party vendor to do the repairs paying our 100.00 deductible is easier. But having to communicate with them is a disaster of a wait and very little follow through.

For starters, the woman from ORHW who I initially spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful when placing my claim. The service provider that came out to fix our HVAC was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient with my questions. Overall , great experience! I’m glad our realtor recommended Old Republic during our home buying process!

Contractor didn't fix a.c. Still having issues. ORHP rarely sends a competent vendor. UPDATE.... Called my own a.c. (orhw approved vendor) whom came out, repaired the issue and system now working as designed. I filed a follow up with ORHW on line and 2 days later, still no response. I called and was on hold 35 min. Tired of waiting and hung up. Not very good customer service from either company!

Extremely knowledgeable.New exactly what’s was happening with our unit. Got right to work. Replacing a part and then outside to the unit and did what ever was required to have our system up and running. Both were absolutely respectful helpful and friendly. I would use them again if ever needed. Thank you for the help they provided fixing our problem. With Asthma having our ac system working for me is critical . Thank you to Old Republic for providing g a top knock repair company. Thank you again to all.

It takes 30 min in hold to speak to an agent. Vendor partners are flaky and either cancel appointments or do the bare minimum. Might as well skip the warranty and just hold that money for a rainy day. Never again.

Washing machine didn’t work. Your repairman came the next day and diagnosed problem. Told me of a week wait for parts. I hired another company to repair the next day. A week is too long to be without my washer.
