I would avoid using OurBus/Rally for charter services. They broker to third-party operators and, in our case, disclaimed all responsibility for the operators issue. So here's how OurBus/Rally left our Wedding guests hanging when their driver failed, and then blamed us for the error and refused to correct the issue: We booked using their charter service for our 9/13/25 wedding in Indiana. They promised a 25-passenger loop shuttle service between the hotel and the venue before and after the event. We paid over $1500. On the day, the driver arrived but did not know the route or the loop schedule. Multiple guests reported the driver’s maneuvering felt unsafe. The driver completed one trip and when we contacted dispatch were told that the driver wasn't sure what to do so went home after the first route. The driver did not answer calls; we contacted dispatch multiple times and were told it would be corrected, but service did not resume. I immediately escalated to the account manager and customer service. I was told it would be made right and to rest assured. They waited several weeks to contact me and then when they did they said we misunderstood the contract and that they are only the broker and the Driver had denied our claim for reimbursement. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my card issuer. I will update this review if OurBus / Rally provides a resolution.
