Great Packaging, the Parcel arrived in less than 24 hours from Italy to Greece. Real Guiseppe Zanotti old and new season items. The packaging and the presentation are as if you bought from the non-outlet site or the store and, no need to say, the shoes themselves are of great quality. Premium leather. Definitely will buy again.

I had trouble ordering online so i called & got great assistance from a cust serv rep who ordered for me in no time. Wore the shoes once so far, they look great. I didn't give it a 5 because the shoe is white with a white background- i couldnt really tell the texture from the photos. It looks like full leather but its kinda clothy instead, i would've preferred white leather

Bad customer service
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with G. Zannotti. The courier just drop the parcel in the hallway of a building without authorization, but the worst part is that Zannotti customer service other than sending broken records email "apologizing for the inconvenience" did not do anything to fix the issue, not a call, not a solution, I had to follow up twice after they told me that to open an investigation I had 30 days from the day of delivery, delivery I never received as the parcel went missing. As for today I haven't received yet my money back, and no shoes.
