I’ve been using this planner system for years. I absolutely love it. The only time I ever had an issue with them was the year I received my planner a bit late due to shipping issues the first winter of COVID. They’ve since changed distributions so that’s not likely to ever be a problem again. Any time I’ve ever received a substandard product (maybe twice in 7-8 years), they’ve been prompt and easy to work with for a free replacement. Fully recommend this company!

Since 2017 I've been using Passion Planners to help guide, track and motivate me. They've tweaked and improved the planners each year. Since it's something I use daily, I have to have something that's both beautiful and effective, especially with my adhd brain. This year I went for a smaller planner and didn't think about the impact it would have on font size. They immediately addressed my concern to make sure I had the right planner for my needs. Just one more reason I love this company.

I used to love this company. Their planners weren’t perfect, but the company seemed to have strong values and worked to improve. My last order (placed in OCTOBER 2023) still has not arrived. I contacted customer service in early December, they said they would replace the order. Then in late December, I received the email the CEO sent out about the difficulties with their fulfillment partner. When I still didn’t receive the order, I contacted customer service again. They gave me a new (third) tracking number. That was on the 15th and the tracking page still says ‘label created, awaiting package.’ This really feels like a scam.
Have been a customer for years so can confirm that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an order significantly delayed. However this is the first time it’s taken weeks to even get an automated reply from Passion Planner. Nothing personalized as of yet and based on other reviews and Instagram comments I suspect I will never see my order or my money. Ordered 27 November 2023, shipping label created 28 November, promised December 21 in a general email that it would be on the move that week… still nothing, no response to multiple emails, no refund in spite of it being offered & my emailing to request this. Beyond disappointed and frustrated- particularly since their continued promises of doing better kept getting my hopes up only to see them dashed. Not the way I wanted to start 2024.

Non existing customer service and LONG delivery time. I ordered 21 days ago, and I have not received my order yet.
Non Existent Customer Service! I am a returning customer. I placed my order on October 28. I received an email on Oct 30 the order had shipped. It is now November 7 and the tracking shows the label being created but no movement. I have attempted to contact Passion Planner Support numerous times with no response. I tried to connect with them through facebook - no response. From my experience, these people will gladly take your money but have no intention of providing customer service after the sale. I am going to contact my bank and reverse the charge. This is ridiculous! The planner is a good planner, but the company sucks.
My passion planner didn't arrive for one month. I reached out to the company and explained that I am very stressed because we will be moving to a new house and I was hoping the planner would arrive within one month when I placed the order. They replied that my planner is lost and offered to send another one and asked for my new address. I emailed to them my new address and also I updated it in the system. Some days later, I received confirmation that the planner is shipped. I also received an email saying that my planner has been sent to my original shipping address. How absurd, after all the communication back and forth and all the explaining. I replied immediately asking why they would send to my old address when the new address is provided when they asked in the email. The reply I got is even more ridiculous : "we cannot edit any address , you have to change it yourself in the system ..." So that" smart " customer service agent didn't even bother to look in the system. Of course , it is easier to say off to the customer than actually solve any customer issue! And now they deleted my account from their system so I am not even able to login !! Shame on you passion planner! I am extremely disappointed because in the past we order dozens of passion planners and they were shipping easily to the UAE. But it seems since the business developed, they became careless ..... They forgot that is US , CUSTOMERS who brought them where they are. And we can also take them down. The planner is clearly not worth all this stress !!!
