I find them to be generous with credits on cruises, paybacks on certain travel companies, and with referral fees. I don't book anything without using Rose at Pavlus. I have recommended this agency (and Rose) to many people and have thus enjoyed being the recipient of their referral bonuses.
The hotels were first class
The hotels were first class, the food was wonderful and very diverse. Everything was planned out and the only thing we had to do was pack our bags!! The tours and locations were great . Our leader has been a tour director for 27 years and she made the tour. She was very knowledgeable and informative and humorous as well. Gina Pillsbury made it a family feeling that actually made it hard to say goodbye!! Can’t imagine using any other tour company, we have been spoiled!!! Thank you.
