Insensitive and disrespectful
I ordered a suncatcher of my dog that passed away a few weeks back. The order came with the frame off centre. I contacted customer services who gave me a few sentences to make changes to the item that should of arrived correct. In attempting to follow the instructions the clasp broke. They are now telling me that it is my fault and the item came correctly assembled. They have completely disrespected me and my dog and I am actually furious. Something that was meant to be in remembrance is completely worthless now.

This company were excellent to deal with. Customer Service was very good and very prompt. I ordered 4 Tshirts for a special occasion. I emailed the company to ask if I would receive these before the occasion. I was told by Holly that she would get straight into Production and expedite my order which she did. I duly received them in time. Really made the occasion that extra special. Very grateful to Holly and her team. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

I saw an advert for a shirt which displayed grandchildren’s names in an Hawaiian shirt style and I was immediately taken with how unique that could be for me. Ordering the shirt along with the phrase ‘This Granda belongs to’ and the names of each of my 4 grandsons was incredibly easy. A mockup of the shirt was displayed to ensure that everything was as I wanted it. A week later the shirt arrived, excellent quality and a perfect fit. I’m keeping it a surprise so that I can see the faces of my wee boys when I wear it on holiday with all of them next month. I recommend this shirt!
