Don’t waste your money shopping here

I Would have given no stars but the option wasn’t available Quality of this item is non existent! It looks cheap and nasty, personalised photo is too dark and would be horrendous as a gift it’s a real insult. Nasty item received

I ordered 3 kinder graduation sashes…

I ordered 3 kinder graduation sashes and they are the cutest!! Took a bit to get them but did show up in time for the celebration. Great communication with Pawesomehouse when I sent them a email. Great job!! Will definitely order from them again!

Excellent quality and service

First time I have used Pawsomehouse. I bought a personised t shirt to celebrate a new baby granddaughter. I was a little uneasy as I have ordered things online before from other sites and they have not been delivered despite payment being taken. This item arrived within just over a week and the quality is outstanding. I would recommend Pawsomehouse to anyone.

First time customer

First time of ordering off this company. Ordered the cushion for readers, the quality was 100%. Very good value for money considering the insert was included. Delivered within the time frame quoted. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend them.

Poor quality, no right of refund

I ordered 2 'customised' T-shirts, I would question the categorisation of customised, these were T-shirts with a suggested text by the provider for son or daughter, no name of the person other than son or daughter was involved. When they arrived I found that the daughter one was a very intense pink colour, unlike on the website, I knew immediately our daughter would hate the colour. Equally the son one was not the colour on the website either, but not as bad. The overall quality of the T-shirts was poor, given the price, on complaining I basically got nowhere. Note to all, if items are classed as customised then your basic right of return and refund are severely customised. On complaining I was asked to send photos, I sent them 3 times, each time to be told not received. I sent them from a different email, no confirmation of receipt. Ultimately, from an order of £44.95 I received £8.20 back. I believe this was only given because I said I was going to do a charge back at my bank, so this would prevent me doing a charge back. This could have been handled so much better. I would never buy from this company / person again.

Fantastic poster/photo

Fantastic product…I am delighted with our beautiful poster. The company has been super friendly and very responsive, maintaining a professional attitude throughout. There was a minor blip with my order, but once flagged, they responded immediately and everything put right. I’d highly recommend this company and product.

Trinket Dish

Since this is the first time with this…

Since this is the first time with this company I didn't know what to expect! What I got was an amazing product at an amazing discount and carefully shipped-with emails that inform we when to expect the product..which arrived in excellent condition..even with lovely ribbons to add! So what did I do?? I reordered more of the same so that I have amazing birthday gifts for all my friends....and can't wait to see what other products this fine company has for me!! You won't be disappointed because I was very happy!!!!!!

Disappointed

Disappointed as cheap transfers on brushes, cheap frayed ribbon and I thought each brush would have their own box like in the advert. I ordered 3 hair brushes, but not to the quality as perceived in the video. Definitely not worth £35, nothing special. One extremely disappointed customer who will not be returning!
