Left a 2 star review on their website which they removed! It is clear that the reviews on their own website are heavily filtered to hide genuine customer experiences. My experience with their customer service was dismissive, aggressive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere where your feedback—and your money—is respected. I bought a photo projection snowflake. The ornament itself is lovely, but the photo projection is upside down. When I contacted the company, they told me the pendant loop is 'randomly positioned' to make it easy to hang and that there is 'no fixed up or down' for the photo.This makes no sense! The photo should be aligned with the loop, there's even a photo of it doing so on their website.Unless you're happy with your family photos being upside down when you project it onto the wall through the bead, avoid this product. The customer service adviser is dismissive, rude and aggressive. Will never deal with this company again.
Awesome personalised pillow.
I ordered a 'Birth Flower Book Lovers- Personalised Pocket Pillow' for a good friend of mine for her forthcoming birthday. Although it is not until August I could not resist buying this pillow because it is such a personalised gift as she is a bookworm and I know she will enjoy keeping her book safe.

Fantastic products, good quality materials used. The van gogh inspired prints are amazing, did not realise these are canvas based - so good. Customer service is exceptional, very responsive and accomodating staff. I will be ordering so much more. Fantastic!!

Excellent service my order arrived promptly. I am absolutely delighted with my snowmen with all my grandchildren's names on them. As I have 11 it's hard to find an ornament that can accommodate all their names. Thank you.

Awful packaging terrible customer service response
I ordered 4 of these for friends for Xmas. All 4 boxes they came in were damaged to the point that it is embarrassing to give them in this box. They were wrapped with what I can only imagine was half a roll of sellotape and as a result the colour and print from the box came off when removing the sellotape. This combined with so many dents makes the boxes unusable. I contact customer services and was told that these are not gift boxes and the sellotape was to ensure the product was not damaged. However they are enclosed in polystyrene which stops them breaking not the thin flimsy box and sellotape. I was told if I wanted boxes to be sent they were $7.99 each and available to buy from their store....... I cannot believe product like this is meant to be gifted simply in cheap polystyrene. Really really disappointed with this the product is nice but the box it comes in and the response from Customer service was shocking! This was the response, not even an apology of how bad they look The glass cups must be packaged this way to prevent breakage during shipping. The box is a protective package, not a gift box. This product only includes the glass cup itself, and gift boxes are not included. Gift boxes are sold separately in our store for $7.99 each. Thank you for your understanding. Excellent service and amazing quality
I recieved my reading cushions I bought two, one for my daughter the other for my granddaughter for Christmas they both arrived in excellent condition. The quality is 5* plus images are clear and sharp the personalised text is amazing clear and bright. The website is easy to use and customer service is professional and attentive thank you to a lovely team and business
