Booked a transfer from Chongqing…
Booked a transfer from Chongqing airport to hotel. First time booking a transfer. On Pelago’s website there were various transport operators offering such a service, with varying price options. However some of the write ups by the operators were not very clear, but their prices were cheaper. In this case, I wasn’t sure about the quality of service that would be rendered. Are there regular checks by Pelago to check that the service offered by the operators is consistent and reliable?
More expensive than other website and information not enough…
Some the package is more than others when I compare with klook and etc... And information is not enough when is there a pick up from hotel or just the ticket only

The ordering process is good but installation of the esim is abit tricky. Need to read the instructions many times in order to install properly. Good user experience.

Singtel eSIM activated yet refused to connect to the network. To ask intents it was active on my iPhone and no error messages. Yet the eSIM simply would not connect to any network whatsoever. Singtel online support as much use as a chocolate tea pot! Totally unhelpful and offered no suggestions let alone a solution Therefore a completely wasted purchase, money

the app has many travel links to book our travel. Similar to klook. Need to experience the booking to places of entertainment to understand what the app provides in terms of travel experience

Desapointing ! Do not Buy this pass unless you travel within this month. Pelago Pass Singapore pass is waste of money. They calculate first redeam date as first boing date. but if we book early, lets say 2 months, some tikests can not able to redeam e tikets and they ask us to use Pelago Pass QR it self for those. but when you go to location after 2 months, those Pelago Pass QR are expired. Hilarious So form 6 Attractions you can only use 3. Hilarious. 3 wated due to unable to redeam

Overall it is pretty decent in purchasing and using the item bought from Pelago app. Just encountered two of the many nice purchased were not very easy to redeem and the instructions were unclear which I have forfeited them instead of asking for refund.
