A fair deal and I’m sure happy!
Traded in my wonderful old Macbook Pro M1 Pro (for a new Macbook M5 Pro as I do infrared photography with both PS and Capture 1 open.) I think I did get a fair price for my old MB, as stated, sent it with no problems; they paid immediately as they advertised. Very pleased and thank you, Phobio!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Went with Phobio because their initial quote was the same as i received in the Apple store where they inspected the laptop in store. However later on they changed their quote to 20% of the initial quote! I am sure many people fall for the lower switch because they already sent their laptop in. Slimy way to do business. I will never deal with Phobio again and would never trust their initial quote to be honored.

I never received the second email but have received two emails asking me to rate my experience. Well I can’t even give it one star. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and li d to.
