The products I've bought so far are great, however the checkout process can be tideous maybe because it's an international site. I had placed an order about 5 or more times before it actually processed successfully. Even though it said my order was placed, it was never successfully processed the initial times. I was afraid I may have been charged numerous times I placed my order but thankfully when the order successfully went through I received a confirmation through my email that my payment was received. Is there another way to make this process easier and faster?
Though I have never bought any of the lenses, the colors and sizes of lenses are great for fashion, cosplay and daily life if you want to brighten up your look! For me, I like to draw so I go to Pinky Paradise for color gradients, and colors and such for my art. I wish to buy lenses and possibly some makeup at PinkyParadise sometime soon.
I've heard from my sister who bought purple lenses that they where really comfortable, she wore them every other day until it one of the lenses dried up due to lack of care. Overall she said that the service is really good and the shipping a fast.
I hope to buy lenses from them and I can't wait until I do.

Honestly they are amazing, I find that they are very flattering and very comfortable. It gives you such a dolled look, I LOOOVE IT =^__^= I always feel so pretty and confident when I wear them :$. I was so worried the first time wearing them because I read a couple of review saying they are very uncomfortable and you can't wear them for a long time! TT ^ TT. A a couple of my friends were interested, but also hesitant, but we closed my eyes and bought 6 pairs anyways, slipping the price to get the free shipping too, LOL >_<". And now, I've been through maybe 10+ pairs, and none of them were uncomfortable. It's been a long time, I've been buying lenses from PinkyParadise for 7 years? (2008). Their lenses are super inexpensive and even came with a cute little contact case.
The website is great, showing you images of others who have bought this product and how it looks on a real person, not just the model. I also love that this site has a ton of options, and literally Pinky has soo much options just for one colour, it makes shopping for new lenses soo much more enjoyable when you have a wide variety of options!
The reason I wouldn't rate this a 5/5 is because shipping can take a long time and sometimes they don't always have your prescription in stock for whatever reason. One time I checked everyday for a week, and they still weren't it stock. It was disappointing, but overall once I received the lenses I've been waiting for, it's soo worth it :D . I have recommended this website to many of my friend that also wear colour lenses, and they would agree that PinkyParadise is amazing!

Pinky Paradise has a very wide selection of contact lenses of different colours and different types (i.e for astigmatism). A few times a year, Pinky Paradise comes out with REALLY good sales. I build my wishlist throughout the year and then purchase the contacts when they have their sales to get a really good deal!
This website is awesome! Cool contacts, designs and not to bad prices especially for someone with astigmatism. However, one thing I would wish they do is have more of a variety of toric lenses. And for the people that have astigmatism in one eye, it would be great to be able to get one of the cooler designs and colors and not having to worry about having that one eye that has the astigmatism.
So I order a pair of contacts. Get an email that they are out of stock. Cool, that's fine I'll pick another pair. Then I get told that I can't get the new pair because the -5 prescription and the -4 prescription don't match in color... How the **** do you have different shades of color just because of a slight difference in the prescription? So because one of my eyes is worse than the other you are telling me I can't get a pair of contact the same color? At this point screw it I'll pick another pair. Told AGAIN that the colors between the prescriptions don't match and given a list of only FIVE options in the color I wanted that I could order with my prescription even though the 3 pages of pink contacts on your site allow you to place an order for them with my prescription. Offered no discount, hardly any apologies, nothing. Awful customer service. I will never be ordering from this site again and highly encouraging any of my friend to look anywhere else for their colored contact needs.

I heard about this site from numerous people, so I thought I'd give it a shot. My first and only pair of contacts that I ordered here were the whiteout ones, and they're awesome. However, I do have two issues. The first one is the amount of prescripted contacts they have. I know like most sites, there is a wider selection of plano contacts over prescription, even though it is often encouraged that you should wear Halloween/cosmetic/theatrical contacts with a prescription as well. I just wish this site (as well as others) would offer a wider selection for the vision impaired. As for my second issue, is the payment process. I had to sign up for PayPal, which didn't bother me at first, because I was able to make my first transaction with no problem. I then decided to place another order a while later, which was the Surprise Lenses special they had going on at the time. However, PayPal would do nothing but charge me two small fees (whatever they were for), and tell me that I needed to check my bank account and type in the fees to verify that they were actual charges. Every time I did that, my ending result would be being told to try again, which only got me charged over and over, and never actually being able to place my order. I would love to order more contacts from this site, but until they allow an option for non PayPal users, I'm afraid that I won't be able to.
I ordered my first pair of colored contacts and even though I received it over a month later, I have to say that I am in LOVE with my order. The contacts came in a cute package with a free animal lens case. Definitely recommend!

PinkyParadise is my favorite place to order lenses from. They have some of the best prices and so many different lenses to choose from. I've been 100% happy with all of the lenses I've gotten. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the shipping takes 1-2 mounths, though it's worth waiting for - and the last time I ordered one of the pairs I ordered was out of stock. I received an e-mail the day after I placed my order and we found another pair I could have. The replies were very kind and fast. Though the new pair of lenses were a little cheaper than those I originally ordered, but I didn't get a refund or anything.
Excellent and high quality lenses. Only problem I've had is shipping. Ordered a pair late November and still haven't gotten them :/ the last update is from December 2nd and I'm starting to get a little annoyed. But the lenses themselves are fantastic.
I love pinky paradise, the first time I bought my contacts I fell in love and from then on I was a trusted customer. Until ordered my second two contacts a green and grey in 2014 I spent 52.00 and I was excited. When I got the two I first wanted to try the green lenses, I washed my hands and attempted to put them in Ive worn contacts all my life so I know how to put them in, when I put them in it looked beautiful I blinked and it felt grained and my eyes started hurting and getting irritated. I took them out and put them under light to see what was wrong and to my surprise there was a tear in it I looked at the other one and there was a tear in it as well. The grey was the wrong rx and there was a tear in one of the lense but the other one was fine. I cried..... I ordered another lense hoping the same thing won't occur because of how much I love your lenses. But I'm so dissatisfied that I payed for two lenses and didn't get to wear any.

The products are fairly affordable and fashionable. However, it's not the highest quality. I ordered 4 contact lenses so far from pinky paradise. One of them is acceptable which I use daily and the others were a big disappointment. Another of them was out of stock and they notified me 4 days after my order so I cancelled. Two of them were too under qualified that I had no choice but to dispose of those.

I've order from you guys before and never had a problem. This time I payed for my order then alerted that my contacts was not in stock. After looking through every page of brown contacts I finally settled with another and was informed that my order will be shipped "as soon as soonest" just to find out after a month of waiting that I've been sent not only a different brand but a different color. I would have settled for the 3rd time if I receive a different brand but the same color. I am very disappointed in Pinky Paradise and displeased 😠😤😠😤

So, I was recommended this site by a friend who has several different lenses and said he'd never had an issue so I thought I'd give it a try. Waited a month (which is to be expected when product is coming from the other side of the world) to finally receive them! I got very excited, opened them up and...huh, pretty sure that's not the prescription I ordered. After double checking my receipt, I confirmed that I was sent a different right eye prescription than ordered.
Now, the pamphlet they sent explained how to return/exchange items but after a month I decided to break the seals and try the contacts to see if they would be something I'd continue to buy. They look great and feel comfortable (ignoring my eyes continuous attempts to adjust to the prescription). As it is my fault (opening the lenses after seeing the wrong prescription label) that I can no longer return the items, I will be trying again and hopefully I can give a better review next time.

I rated this company a one for multiple reasons:
* poor customer service - which included unanswered e-mail sent enquiring about the items I purchased, I had to send multiple e-mails (3 to be exact) before someone replied
* tracking number provided for global mail which states the item should arrive in 14-25 business days - stopped tracking the item on the 11th day, therefore I had NO IDEA where the item was
** I have ordered from this website before so this wasn't my only order, on the prior order I also had difficulty - the reason I returned was because they did resolve the issue and I thought it was a one time issue, unfortunately not

I spent 140$ on my first order of contacts from them, I was so excited really thought I was going to love them, but I am more than disappointed, I have so many complaints about these contacts. I have brown eyes but they are not even dark brown, I was going for contacts that looked natural but changed the color of my eye of course! All of them did a terrible job, not even light my brown a little, and the colored ones seem so dark you can't even tell they are color contacts, I've been wearing contacts since I'm 13 and I'm 23 right now so I know about contacts, I put them in the mornings and take them off at night these start to burn my eyes every afternoon like if I wore them for too long already it's terrible! All of the contacts said they were my prescription but there are 2 pairs not sure if it's only 1 eye but I see the tv so blurry it makes me dizzy, they are definately not my prescription, another pair seems like one of the contacts it's scratched or something in the very end and it bothers my eye so much couldn't stand it for more than 40 minutes, and I tried it on both my eyes, it wasn't complety ripperd but it was missing a tiny piece of the border that you couldn't really tell when they were inside of the bottle that they came in. Everything has been a terrible experience, they only good thing is they got here really fast with express shipping I was surprised, I got them the 31st and was so happy to start the new year with new contacts but definately wasn't that way, in conclusion, they were cheaply made because they burned my eyes after a while, prescriptions were not like it said on the container, damaged contacts, and very poor in color pigmentation or changing the color of your eyes at all, I spent hours on the page looking through almost all their contacts, the ones with best reviews on YouTube were all out of stock! All seem very nice on the website but it's a different story in real life! Would not recommend to anyone, I'm constantly buying contacts they lost a good customer.

I ordered a pair of contacts on September 11th, they got to me at the end of October, I don't mind the long wait, but when I got them, one of the lenses had a tear on them, so I got in contact with their customer service and they told me they are only able to refund me 50% of my purchase, which was $70CAD. They said they would refund me the money with in 3-7 business days. 3 weeks later I checked my paypal and I realized they never refunded me back the money, so I emailed them again asking what happened to my refund, they replied with "sorry our PayPal is frozen we can't refund you the money back on PayPal" I was pretty upset because if I didn't email them back, I would have never got my money. So they told me to make a Skrill account and they would refund it to me on there. So I made an account in beginning of December, and I emailed them again saying I still have not got my refund. They told me that it was "noted" and I'll see my money in 3-7 business days. Which I waited, and they emailed me saying they will put money back into my PayPal, which confused me because they said their PayPal froze and I had to make a Skrill account. So I check today and there was still no money in either of my account. They emailed me back today saying that their PayPal froze AGAIN and they would have to refund me back on my Skrill account.
So pretty much, they are completely not honest. Lied to me three times, make me make random accounts to get my refund... AND IM ONLY GOING TO GET 50% of it back. I'm honestly so upset.

Been using pinky paradise contacts since 2014 I mainly buy grey contacts for a natural an suttle blue as I have dark eyes I've purchased the Vassen Rainbow Eyes Grayish Blue twice an they are very natural looking and one of my favourite lense as they complement my skin tone (I am black Caribbean).
The shipping was surprising fast as I live in the uk. The packaging is pretty but a little confusing regarding opening your contacts I used pinky paradise contacts guide to help me open them successfully.
They are comfortable an change the colour of your eyes as they blend very well I've wanted to try out solotica lense in graphite but they are expensive unlike other brands pinky paradise are affordable with a great customer service team that can guide you an help you achieve the color you desire.
