Despite several missteps by Plumbers Stock, Customer Service Representative, Abish, really came through for me to correct the situations. She put her energy into making sure I came out a satisfied customer and because of her, I most definitely am. She got the Toto toilet bowl that arrived at my home broken replaced, she had the wrong model of the Toto Washout A2 that had arrived at my house replaced lightning fast and she advocated for me to get a 10% discount for all of my inconvenience and delayed bathroom remodel due to these errors. If Plumbers Stock's management have any intelligence, they will do whatever is needed to keep Abish on their team.

I ordered a beautiful Delta Faucet and it arrived in the expected time frame. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it. I contacted the company, and Francis from customer service was incredibly helpful with the return process. I will definitely be shopping here again on my next remodel!

I must say that the online ordering process was less than stellar. For some reason, after placing my order, I could not get to the shopping cart, and ordering section. I was frustrated and unable to check out with my product. At some point in searching the site for the checkout section, I stumbled into a phone number.
