Pods move from FL to CA was difficult at best.

My recent move from FL to CA was made more complicated due to the failings of the PODS FL team. We had our first POD delivered dirty and a couple hours late. We had to exchange the 8ft container for another 16 ft and they picked up the wrong one and took away our partially filled 16ft. I could never get anybody on the phone in a timely manner. Service overall was not as expected. I was also promised a credit on the account for all the issues, which didn't happen as promised and I've called a few times. Wouldn't use them again!

MOVING POD

Drop off and pickup was very convenient. The convenience of packing the pod at our own pace. Excellent service from your team. Very professional and careful not to damage any of my property.

Friendly, helpful scheduling personnel and drivers

Friendly helpful scheduling personnel and drivers. Pod was delivered as scheduled and picked up for storing. Drivers were careful both delivering and picking up our pod. Though I never want to move again, I would not hesitate to call Pods to take care of everything.

My overall experience was great

My overall experience was great. However had a glitch on the last day, I had asked for a later pick up time to after 3 pm numerous times as I had movers scheduled and only had the elevator booked in my new place from 12-2 and the pickup got scheduled for 11am. which caused a lot of stress and uncertainly on how to proceed. Luckly my movers were able to come empty the pod and put everything outside until I had the elevator.

I had a pod dropped off with a…

I had a pod dropped off with a completely broken door. Fortunately I had a contractor on site that was able to repair it. After calling their help line and telling the situation and that I was able to repair it, they sent out a truck to pickup the pod the next day without letting me know. Someone had to run out and stop them.

Very professional and courteous…

Very professional and courteous drivers, seamless service throughout move and storage and return of pod. Will use again. Definitely better than traditional moving companies.

Our experience was great

Our experience was great! Setting up delivery and pick up days was super easy. Delivery guy was supper helpful with the location of the POD. I would definitely use PODS in the future and would highly recommend PODS.

My pods were delivered on and ready to…

My pods were delivered on and ready to use. I loved that I could have delivered at my old and we were able to pack them on our time. Then have them delivered to my new address. And picked up from there. So much less stressful.
