3days trying to withdrawe a small amount of my assests, it is refused or continiously under reviewing. There is no way to get your assest of your account.. so be carefull! Customer service is repeating, be patient, our professional team is woking hard ... Bla bla I think this is a scam!

TON deposit stuck for over 3 weeks — no response from Poloniex support

I made a TON deposit from my Kraken account to Poloniex on September 11, but it has still not been credited after more than 3 weeks. The support ticket (#1809552) was created on September 12, and support initially acknowledged it but never resolved the issue or replied again, even after multiple follow-ups. Transaction details: TXID: 6b7a2dbb8abe36faaeb28019ec78dabc3e498ef6b30a5a814da6360c78e4b14b Deposit address: UQAHPUUjBEAq9ZtRc3Ot1LUoEvu3cRd22BB-7RhpLrXVHHOw Memo: 1579450628 This transaction was fully confirmed on the TON blockchain, and the destination address and memo exactly match the details provided by Poloniex. Please escalate this to the deposit recovery team urgently — it has already exceeded the promised resolution time.

Commission fraud

When transferring BTC to another wallet, they displayed the transfer without a fee, but after it was done, they charged more than $100, which is more than 10% of the amount and 30 times more than Binance would charge for a similar transaction on the same blockchain. A tech support employee repeats the same template phrases like a robot, and completely ignores my arguments and screenshots. The exchange is an absolute Scam and fraudulent. After this case I transferred all balances in all currencies to USDT and withdrew, completely zeroed out my account before they stole anything again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID or if you are on their platform, go elsewhere ASAP

My experience has been an infuriating journey through a broken and illogical support system. The core of my frustration stems from the constant request for old, not valid documents. This isn't just an inconvenience; in my country, retaining an invalidated ID is illegal, so they are essentially demanding I provide something that I am legally required to surrender. This demonstrates that their internal support processes are not working, as ID proof requests are not in line with country specifics—at least in my case. Compounding this issue is the sheer incompetence of the process. I am faced with a repeating request for the same video proof, which they seem not to be able to accept the one I already sent. This forces me into an endless loop of providing the same information, only to have it ignored or mishandled, making me question if anyone is actually reviewing my case. The entire process seems designed to exhaust the user. They take too long—weeks to do a simple thing. A straightforward verification has been dragged out into a multi-week ordeal with no resolution in sight. It feels as though they are not willing to help, and I am always changing support agents. Every time I get a new agent, I have to start from the beginning, re-explaining the entire situation, because there is no continuity or internal communication. After facing this bureaucratic wall, now I understand the frustration of other people describing their own negative experiences. To make matters worse, they have completely ignored my request to close the account fully. This has led me to a stark conclusion: my advice is to close "your" account while you still can. Based on this level of operational chaos, I strongly urge you to move money elsewhere ASAP. A company that cannot handle basic support functions or even a simple account closure request feels like one that is going bankrupt soon. My final verdict is simple: avoid them at all costs and save yourself the frustration and headaches. ↓ EDIT Update on Review: My case remains pending with this company; there has been no change or resolution. The company is demanding documents that are non-existent. They are also requiring that I provide proof that my legal statements are valid within my country. Despite the unresolved status and these demands, the company is even refusing to honor my request to close the account. Fortunately, I have no funds held with them. This remains the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID at all costs.

Warning: Poloniex Blocks My Account Despite All Verifications – 8 Months, Zero Access!

Hi everyone, I want to share my story as a warning to others and to hopefully find help or advice. Since November 2024, my Poloniex account has been completely locked, despite me completing every possible verification step—often several times—and providing all requested documents, videos, and proofs. What happened? - In November 2024, I started account verification (#1747860). My first documents were rejected for being scans instead of originals. I fixed this promptly. - Shortly after, I requested a change to my registered email (#1748124) after temporary loss of access. The process still hasn’t been finalized properly. - Since July 2025, I have submitted every single verification the support asked for: multiple videos with the handwritten note (“Disable 2FA for [my email] Poloniex account + today’s date”), ID documents, and submitted everything via their Security Reset portal (#1803264, #1803265). Every time: no result, vague replies, or demands for impossible documentation (e.g., deposit proofs from now-defunct exchanges like Cryptopia). - I have FULL access to my email address and 2FA. - I have provided dozens of identity verifications, as requested by their own instructions. My problem: After more than eight months, my account remains locked. I cannot access my coins or withdraw anything, and the support just keeps asking for more stuff or gives copy-paste answers—sometimes for weeks with no concrete update. Key issues: - Support demands verification that is impossible (e.g., deposits from exchanges that no longer exist). - No single clear explanation or a transparent, actionable checklist for what is 'missing.' - All evidence fully provided—for months. I am starting to believe this is willful obstruction. I now feel forced to go public and warn others. If you are thinking of using Poloniex, be prepared for the possibility of losing access to your own funds for reasons outside your control. Community: - Has anyone experienced something similar recently with Poloniex? - Any tips on escalation, legal routes, or direct contacts, maybe a regulatory complaint from the EU? - Is anyone aware of class actions or ongoing regulatory investigations involving Poloniex? If you have crypto funds on Poloniex—think twice and maybe start withdrawal procedures NOW before something similar happens to you! Thanks for reading. I can provide a detailed timeline and evidence to anyone interested. Let’s make sure stuff like this gets the attention it deserves!

First-time Poloniex User – Withdrawal Delayed Over 24 Hours, Funds Withheld (Ticket #1801217)

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a frustrating experience I’m having with Poloniex as a first-time user, in case others have encountered the same. I recently signed up to test the platform — made a deposit, and then submitted a withdrawal. As expected with any new user, I’m using a new IP and a new wallet address. That’s the whole point of trying out an exchange: deposit, test withdrawal, and check reliability. But now Poloniex is holding my funds and saying it’s due to “security checks” because of the new IP and wallet address. It’s been over 24 hours (Ticket #1801217), and I’ve already cleared all required security steps. They told me it “usually takes up to 24 hours,” but here we are still waiting. This feels more like withholding funds than protecting them. Honestly, this gives a really poor first impression. It’s hard to recommend them as a trustworthy or reliable crypto exchange when they make it this difficult just to access your own money.

They disabled TON coins wallet more…

They disabled TON coins wallet more than a year ago. Then they turned my TON coins into TON1 coins, but also disabled them. And I cannot trade or withdraw them till today, 1st July 2025. I've written to support many times. And the reply was always the same "We regret to inform you that the wallet you're referring to is currently undergoing maintenance. While we are working diligently to restore full functionality, we do not have an estimated timeline for completion at this time." For more than a year!!!

I've been using Poloniex for several…

I've been using Poloniex for several years and have never had any problems with them. I needed to make a USDT withdrawal a few days ago, and the app wasn't sending me the confirmation code. I contacted support, and although they aren't very quick to respond, they did. My money was in the account, and I was finally able to make the withdrawal. For customers who have any problems withdrawing from Poloniex, I recommend verifying your account with KYC. Withdrawals are processed instantly. Greetings from Colombia.
