Ordered parts from them March 26th never received the order. Tried to email them and the email on website says it doesn’t exist. Tried to call the number provided and no answer. Seems this company is a scam. They take your money and that’s about it. Avoid this company you won’t receive your order and there’s no way to contact them.

I received my Glacier chiller after 2 failed attempts
I received my Glacier chiller after 2 previous failed attempts. Previously, I received damaged chiller due to poor shipping container. Finally on the 3rd attempt, a proper container was built with wooden rails as well as the properly wrapped with packing material. I received this one undamaged as far as I can tell. I have not installed the chiller yet, so I don't know yet if it is functional.

would strongly advise against doing business with Pool Supply Unlimited. This is a third-party company that seems to operate on a "take the money and run" philosophy.
While they are happy to process your payment and ship the product, their customer service is non-existent if you encounter an issue. Trying to get a problem fixed through them is a painful, uphill battle; they offer very little assistance once the sale is finalized. It is clear they don't care about customer retention or satisfaction once they’ve secured their profit. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

I would advise anyone looking to purchase from this site to look elsewhere. I placed an order with them for just under $5,000. After I placed the order, I received an email that my order was flagged and I needed to call in. No big deal. But when I called, I was informed that my order was flagged by their fraud department which made no sense. There was no issue with my credit card, they were concerned that my billing address and my shipping address were different. Okay, I guess I can appreciate them making sure everything was correct, I verified both addresses, explained that I was shipping to my mothers house, since she would be home to receive this LARGE, expensive order. Should have been resolved right then and there. Nope, the rep then goes on to tell me that I would have to pay with PayPal! I am not sure what kind of scam they are running but BEWARE, the whole thing was way too sketchy for me so the order is canceled, as is the credit card I used for the order as I do not trust this company not to try to charge the card.
