Great experience/Great Assistance
Great experience. Fast response on multiple questions. Wish I would have added a power meter a lot sooner but I was confused on the process. Other sites wouldn’t respond to questions. Came upon Power Meter City and they answered my questions in less than a day and I got confirmation on what I should put on my bike. Power meter is working like a champ and I’m getting excellent data back. Thanks!

The ordering and initial shipping were excellent. Your preferred shipper (UPS) sucked. Added three days to the delivery beyond their initial delivery date.

Thanks for the review, William - glad the ordering and dispatch side went smoothly for you. Sorry about the three extra days. Your parcel left us on time, but transit delays after handover sit with the carrier. We monitor carrier performance and raise slippage like this with them. We hope the wait was worth it, and we'd be glad to have you order again.
