Thanks for bringing the issue you're experiencing with the brakes to our attention. Although we sell quite a few of these and use them on our own bikes, we do know that sometimes an issue can arise. Brake installation has gotten pretty complex over the years and a second opinion by your trusty bike mechanic can usually solve any issues that you are experiencing. Do note that we have Customer Support for all the products we sell available by phone, livechat, or email and are always very very happy to try to help with basic troubleshooting. Thank you!
