The Cobham team are all excellent. They really go out of their way to engage and make the customer special. They work long hours in a super busy store but always make time for a chat. They know their products well and clearly enjoy their jobs. So refreshing where people actually care - so just want to say thankyou💛
Used gatwick north terminal shop at airside. Food was fantastic. Annes probably chef was filling food and guided me very nicely through all of their variety. It was very busy but everything was in spot. Keep up the good work
I went to collect my Too Good to Go surprise bag 5 min for closing. Staff was still packing the bag and I noticed all items were non veg. I kindly asked the staff to exchange it for veg since there was lots of baguette and sandwiches still on shelf. She told me she can’t. I know the remaining food goes to the charity but I did not understand why she could not be a little kinder. I have been a subscribing customer for over 8 years and I visit here at least 4 times per week. I was so upset that I told her to keep the surprise bag and add it to the charity stock for today. It makes me wonder if Pret a Manager might be recycling some of its goods fo next day by repackaging it? I won’t be renewing my subscription from now on.
Avoid at Stansted!!! Found a bolt in a sunshine bowl back in October- they have no interest. Pretended to investigate and even sent me back another screw from someone else with the same issue, instead of the screw I sent them to investigate.
A group of us went to London to support a disabled friend who was doing the half marathon, we went into Pret A Manger in pall mall and had a coffee, it was good coffee to be fair, on leaving we needed the toilet, I asked a member of staff where the toilets were only to be told that they were broken. We went around the corner to trafalger square to the next Pret A Manger to use the toilets there only to be told that they were also broken. Was it a coincidence , I don’t know. Shame on you for having two cafes with no facilities. I thought it was a health and safety thing that you needed toilets and washing facilities in an eatery. Shouldn’t you have been closed, both places were heaving. Needless to say me and my friends won’t be using your company again
Weak as ditchwater tasteless coffee at a premium price, terrible
Bought the Big Apple Bowl while waiting for my train home from Dublin. Was reading the ingredients and noticed it said granola was in the bowl, but there wasn’t. It didn’t bother me much as it was yummy but I was looking it up online today as I forgot the name of it and would like to make it at home to realize there is supposed to be a layer of granola on top of the apple layer. Would be a one star but the employee who served me was really lovely. Paid €4.35 for a product and didn’t event receive it fully :,)
Amazing service by Adam and his team at Stanford Airport thank you for making it inflatable experience
Disgusting experience at Pret A Manger. I found a black hair inside my cheese and ham baguette. Completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. I’ve taken photos as proof—this should never happen. Very disappointed. Already contacted CS
I am currently experiencing problems with the Pret app as when I go to the Pret shop in Finsbury Park the app is not working as the QR code is not working. Can Pret please advise on this matter as my phone is correct as it was last updated on 6th March 2026
Visited its Westfield W12 outlet. Good food Good service. Friendly staff. Had to sit on high stool as all tables full. Seems good business. Pity that it is more expensive than Gregg. But Gregg was full. Not enough seating tables.
Non existent customer services… currently been on hold for nearly 40 minutes as I can’t seem to sign up for the current Pret coffee subscription. What an awful company experience. Just appalling. I’ll just stick with Black Sheep
I have given one star to Pret A Manger in Coventry Station Square because they have not been open long and their cafe toilet/baby changing facilities are always closed due to ??? Customers are directed to leave the cafe and try to locate a station master to unlock toilets ..Not a good service at all.... Especially as i am a frequent visitor and purchase Coffee/sandwiches/cakes with my colleagues etc..So, please please for all the customers an urgent request to fix your toilet facilities!!!
I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about the team working at one of your Manchester city centre stores. While I have already expressed my thanks to them in person on several occasions, I felt it was important to write directly so that their efforts are recognised more formally. As you will know, Manchester is saturated with places to buy coffee. There is certainly no shortage of choice in the city centre, and I could easily visit a different café every day if I wished. Yet despite this, even when I am not travelling, I find myself returning to this Pret store daily. The reason is very simple: the people working there. The team consistently create an atmosphere that is welcoming, professional, and genuinely warm. From the moment customers walk through the door, they are greeted with friendly faces, efficient service, and a level of attentiveness that goes far beyond what is typically expected in a busy coffee shop environment. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and in representing your brand. What stands out most is their ability to maintain this level of service even during busy periods. The team works with impressive coordination and positivity, ensuring that customers are served quickly while still feeling acknowledged and valued. In an industry where speed can sometimes come at the expense of hospitality, this group manages to achieve both. For context, I spent 15 years working as a hotel manager in the hospitality industry, so I am particularly aware of the challenges of maintaining high service standards day after day. I know first-hand how much effort, teamwork, and leadership it takes to create a consistent customer experience. Because of that background, I recognise just how impressive this team’s performance really is. They are a credit not only to Pret & Piccadilly train station, but to the hospitality industry as a whole. Their professionalism, attitude, and customer focus are exactly what make people return to the same place again and again. Quite simply, this team is the reason I choose this store. I hope this message can be shared with the store team and their management so they know their work does not go unnoticed. In an industry where feedback is often given only when something goes wrong, it feels important to highlight when things are being done exceptionally well. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for employing people who clearly care about what they do
Antzela works as a Barista in Wood Green shopping centre at Pret she is always incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding with everyone. I only recently learned her name, but for the past two years we have always greeted each other warmly and call each other “lovely.” Whenever she sees me, she remembers exactly what I like and prepares my filter coffee or black Americano with three ice cubes. It is a small gesture, but it always makes me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and warm smile. In my opinion, she deserves recognition and even a better position in the future. Thank you, Antzela, for your kindness and for making customers feel special.
Their three cheese toasty at Chieveley services hardly had any cheese in it, used stale bread, only cooked on one side and then when i tried to eat it, i was thrown out of the seating area. When i asked "why?" they said the floor had just been mopped. It looked dry! They had also said they could not make tea in an English way as they only offered hot water. Racism in our own country is unacceptable. Tea is our native drink! Pricing was crazy but would have been acceptable had they offered what they say is for sale!
I have to say, the team at Pret A Manger - Stratford Station (outside the station) are absolutely brilliant. This morning I managed to spill my coffee all over the service counter — completely my fault, I was being clumsy and felt terrible about it. I stepped aside, cleaned up what I could, and queued again to order a replacement. Without hesitation, the staff replaced my drink free of charge. No fuss, no attitude — just kindness and professionalism. That level of customer service really stands out. The team here are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s consistently a great experience every time I visit. Honestly, it might just be the best Pret in England. Thank you for turning an embarrassing moment into a positive one!
I visited the St Albans Pret a Manger at Morrisons Petrol Station with two friends at approximately 3:00 pm yesterday. The store’s advertised closing time is 5:00 pm. However, at around 4:40 pm, the staff member on duty asked us to leave because she wanted to begin cleaning. We explained that the shop was open until 5:00 pm and that we should be permitted to remain until the stated closing time. She responded that we needed to leave regardless, as she had to “start closing up”. When we politely asked for her name so that we could raise our concerns, she stated, “I am the manager here, and that should be enough for you to know.” Her attitude was very unpleasant and we found the way she spoke to us to be very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced unprofessional behaviour at this location. As regular customers, we expect courteous service and adherence to the advertised opening hours. We have asked for the receipts on our way out but we were told “it’s too late for it”. We were not given the receipts in the first place, which, again, should be offered at the time of taking the payment.
£24 for a couple of lousy food items and a £2:50 can of coke - you deserve to go bust
