JC at PrivateVPN persisted in resolving my connectivity problem over a period of 2 weeks or so, despite my not responding in a timely manner to her emails. The extended time to resolve was not PrivateVPNs issue, it was my working schedule preventing me from responding While others I’ve dealt with would simply close the service ticket if I’d not responded for a few days, JC continued to pick up on my emails and resolve my issue clearly and efficiently - thank you.

Extended my date!!

Jim did an excellent job...I've been wanting to get the great deal I had in 2023 12 months/24months. I meant to cancel the subscription this July15th but forgot so I paid 72 for one year. I was going to cancel the subscription and next time around purchase that great plan...well JIm didn't wait he extended it to 36 months and you have a customer for life..... He did a great job!!

Quick solution to my login problem

I was struggling to login. I asked for help via whatsapp connection. While opening a new ticket for the problem Mr Edward gave me a quick hint to try. I tried his suggestion and It worked. It was quick and very smooth fix.
