I ordered a variety of earrings and two septum clickers. But I wasn't completely aware how heavy the earrings would be! Customer service was very fast and friendly and gave me a refund for the items I wanted to return.
So this is basically a dropshipping company. The products came from some warehouse from Estonia in black bag with no information from the sender Punkyouth, just YANWEN. The jewellery was poor quality (clasps didn't hold, the gold colour was off) and I had to open a dispute in Klarna for refund. They basically tried to pressure me to close the dispute before "they could proceed with the refund". They weren't willing to continue the refund before I close the dispute (what I wouldn't do), so I had to contact directly to Klarna for the problems. Punkyouth sent me many e-mails trying to convince me to close the dispute "We simply don't want too many disputes on our accounts, as this is detrimental to our business." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After Klarna came in and helped they gave me a full refund and didn't want the jewellery back, so this confirmes my suspiscion that the jewellery can't be good quality/worth the price (almost 60€). Don't waste your money in this.

This shop has the most lovely jewelry! Perfect for the stompy goth in you, they have a lot of spikier, more industrial motifs, but their offerings do range to the more romantic side as well. They seem to have new collections all the time, and they offer great deals, as well. I've ordered from them several times. Everything arrives well packaged and with pretty quick shipping in a sturdy black jewelry box stamped with their brand. On the one occasion I've had a problem with one of the hoop earrings not clicking closed, I wrote to them and they got back to me in less than 12 hours with video instructions for a solution that worked like a charm. I'll definitely keep ordering from Punk Youth, and I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for unique, attractive, well-made jewelry.
