Outstanding customer service from Quarq…

Outstanding customer service from Quarq tech rep who answered pre-purchase questions I had and then placed the order for me. Quarq DZero for Specialized arrived on time and I had it installed by my LBS. I've only had a chance for a short test ride so far, but I am very happy with the power meter. It connected instantly with my Garmin 520 and 920XT, responded immediately to power changes and also saves some weight over the P1 pedals I had been using on my bike.

Jason Osborne helped me determine exactly what I needed!

I've purchased many different SRAM and Quarq items over the years and have never been disappointed with my purchase. Jason Osborne helped me determine exactly what I needed for a perfect fit on our new Donnelly C/C frames. Great staff and super products keeps me coming back.
