Purchased the hair after one week the Boho hair is shedding all over the place reached out to the sellers only offered me a $20 refund of waste of time getting my hair braided because I have to take it down in less than three weeks will never purchase hair from this company again very unhappy

Please avoid this company! It's the worst company I've ever seen! I ordered hair on December 1, 2025, and I still haven't received it. The hair appears to be available on their website, but in reality, it's out of stock, and no one from customer service notified me. I found out when I contacted the company because I had not received any updates regarding the shipment of the hair. When I asked for a refund, they ignored me and simply told me that the hair was available again. However, I still haven't received anything!!!!
