Graham went beyond the customer service I have ever experienced. Graham was patient with me during this whole process. He took the time to make sure I understood the documents I was signing. Graham was understanding when it came to questions I had and took the time to answer them. If anyone ever gets lucky enough to work with him you will not be disappointed. Easy loan process

I was fortunate to have my application put in the hands of Alex Obenland. From the very beginning he guided me step by step through the process. He asked for the paperwork needed, and he was off and running. He worked tirelessly and endlessly to make sure I didn't have to. Thanks Rate genius for making some things simple again.

Process extremely stress-free

Process extremely stress-free, agent was transparent and answered all of my concerns and stayed in contact with me from the beginning process to the end. They have a new system in place that makes signing for wet signatures easier without having to go out and get a notary and mailing documents back. Very pleased with the level of service provided by Jacob who was my agent during my refinance process.
