I had a really great experience

I had a really great experience or stove we had to condemn Sunday night due to unfortunate circumstances. One big mouse ruined our stove. that's a whole different story. anyways great service from RC Willey. The price was hard to beat too that was a really great deal. I really love their extended warranties that they offer I always buy them .I'm a huge believer in them. One service call the warranty pays for itself instantly. Stove will be at my house Wednesday I am so excited. Positive vibes that th3 mouse doesn't return.

Sale order cancelled

I placed my order for an item that was on sale but it was cancelled because they don't deliver to my area. If that's the case then don't take the order! Now I don't have the item and I can't even price match it at another retailer that will fulfill it because it's not on sale anymore. Not great!

Horrible Finance Policy

I recently purchased a set of 4 bar stools from RC Willey in Orem. I was going out of town in July and paid my monthly bill early, on June 22. My August invoice included a $69 late fee because I paid my July bill too early. I called customer service and the explained that it was my fault because I paid in the incorrect billing cycle. I will never purchase anything from them again.

A heartfelt Thank you

Jason, the sales associate that assisted me and my wife, greeted us as we walked in and asked us if he could help in any way. We told him we were looking for a new mattress and gave him our price range. He wasted no time showing us our options and gave us space to make our decision, with no pressure coming from his end. Jason was professional, courteous, and most importantly there was no hard selling on his side. The garage delivery of our new mattress was equally as pleasent as our interaction with Jason, but I unfortunately didn't catch the name of our delivery driver, which seems like a disservice to his amazing effort. As many of us may assume things aren't usually delivered during the given time window, ours was from 8.15 am to 10.15 am. He was 5 minutes early! In my 30 years of life I have had many deliveries arrive late, some have arrived on time, but never have they arrived early. The loading team and delivery driver outshine their positions and deserve to be commended. Each of these facts are the reasons I will only be purchasing my furniture from RC Willey in the future. Finally, thank you to all those involved with making this, without a doubt, the easiest large purchase of my life.

Easy experience..no issues

Great item disappointing service.

I tried to purchase my item over the phone but couldn't understand the person taking my order as to where I should collect the item - very confusing, despite multiple attempts to clarify. I found it much easier to purchase online. On arriving at will call, the reception was a little curt. There was minimal assistance in loading the item to my vehicle and I was left to struggle alone to get the heavy item loaded. Although I very much love the item (quality, look etc.) the service I received definitely lacked luster.

Missing order, then DAMAGED

I in order in March with them, kept getting extension for MONTHS! Received my order in JULY and it was damaged, was supposed to be contacted to reschedule, or get store credit, and nothing has been done. very dissapointed.
