I had to do my own follow up and…

I had to do my own follow up and ordering and then was still given the run around for 3 days after saying yes to my order. I got the quote and they said to call the next day to pay for it. Unsure why I couldn’t pay for it right then and there after saying yes. Called the next day and paid. Then was told it would be ordered the following day. Not sure why it couldn’t be placed the same day. Then get a follow up after the weekend and told it will be a month until it arrives. Not impressed.

Super easy transaction at a great price

I was looking for a stick vacuum for a gift and RCW had the exact one I wanted at a great price. The online order process was very easy. Then, when I needed to have my husband pick it up instead of me, all I had to do was call the pick-up desk and they got the necessary info to facilitate and he had a good experience picking it up. The wait time for my phone call was reasonably short. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience.

Item was scheduled to be picked up…

Item was scheduled to be picked up today. I called the store to make sure everything was ready and in line. The representative on the phone told me. It wouldn't be here until tomorrow. And that there's a consistent issue with floor staff and salespersonnel over promising when items will be available.And that the shipping receiving department is taking the brunt of these false statements. I think the general manager needs to have a conversation with sales representatives. Because the customer service was poor in the event of lying about availability. Salespeople had a great smile, but it's what's behind it that is frustration.

Didn't have the need to use my extended…

Didn't have the need to use my extended warranty and true to their word, I got back half of the premium at the end of the policy. The claim procedure was fast and easy.

Web issues

The web site was pretty confusing. I requested home delivery and setup. Emailed me that pickup is available on such date. I had to call and after being handed off 3 times the issue was resolved.

Delivered on time and even texted me ten minutes before arrival so I could put a leash on my dog, to keep her out of their way. Easier on all of us.

Great experience

Mike was super helpful, and professional. The store had an amazing selection and extremely friendly staff. I will be going back for all my other furniture and for there Starwars pinball machine.

I needed help with unused warranty…

I needed help with unused warranty refunds and an associate in the Orem store, wish I knew her name, was great to teach me about what to do. Then I called the extended warranty dept and Devin helped me get them figured out. Today when the email came, I also talked to Emily, and then Susana, so it took a few people to get it sorted out, but I was treated well by all. And it is all figured out and taken care of! I thought the customer service was excellent! Thank you!

Great customer service

RC Willey was quick to honor my request for a gift card for half the balance of our refrigerator's extended warranty cost that we bought, since we made no claims against the warranty during the first five years of ownership. The Extended Warranty Dept. was very courteous and helpful.
