I would say 0 because this company took my loan of 22,450 and they added 8k onto my loan and sold it to another company! They also took too long to pay off from last lender that they made me 2 months behind and my credit went from 650 to 533! Now it will be there for 7 years!! Run from these scammers!
Refi Jet has excellent personnel
Alena was a partner to me in accomplishing the re-finanace of my car loan. Rather than a customer, she walk with me step by step and understood what I needed to know, following through with simple and direct answers. My refund of extra fees after the loan was completed was seamless as she submitted the paperwork to the previous and the new lenders in a timely manner.

Refinance 100% online relaxing experience!
I’ve always believed in trying something out before you knock it! Working with refi to refinance my 23 Camaro was amazing, this was done 100% online, never in my wildest imagination that I would not walk in to an office and lower my car payment by over $150 a month especially with the shape of the economy from oil prices! Do not use this company. The texts I received continued to spell my name wrong and none of it made sense. Felt like a total scam and very worried who I gave my information to. After this interaction, I put a block on my credit to be used since I am so concerned. We spoke maybe 20 minutes before she sent this: Here is an example: hi Candance Karen at Refi Jet. I realize we have not spoken but I have the application you submitted to refinance of your xxx (redacted by me). Your loan is currently being reviewed so I wanted to introduce myself. You may have applied thru a 3rd party site so THIS IS NOT SPAM and a credit check has already been submitted. I would just like to make sure it is being sent to the right bank so I would like to call you. My direct line is 970-636-1899 candance karen at refijet. idi get the approval but i do need the payoff with a good thru date. if you can screenhsot me what you got i can always add the 30 days of interest if i need to. i willb e here for an hour today then back on tuesday Don’t do business with these people.
