Issue Ultimately Resolved My initial experience with RefiJet was disappointing because communication stopped after my refinancing was completed. At the time, I was unable to reach my representative, and several important questions regarding my loan remained unanswered. That experience led me to leave my original review. After my review was posted, RefiJet's management personally reached out to me, sincerely apologized for my experience, and took the time to address all of my concerns. They listened carefully, answered my questions, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to making things right. While I still believe there is room for improvement in post-closing communication, I also believe it is important to recognize when a company takes responsibility and works to resolve a customer's concerns. Based on how my situation was ultimately handled, I have decided to update my review. I appreciate RefiJet's professionalism, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction, and I hope every client receives this same level of support.
Jeremy Paynter handled the refinancing of my loan with knowledge and great expertise. He is an absolute diamond in the rough in this industry. He always put me first, looking out for the best rates and ensuring every detail was in my best interest. Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly patient and understanding with all my questions. I can't say enough nice things about him, Jeremy is the go-to guy and I highly recommend!

I just completed an auto lease buyout through RefiJet, and it was so easy to navigate! Despite having a very short timeframe, Kara/Nyana were able to get everything arranged and submitted without fail. They provided clear instructions, easy document uploads, and constant communication on status and next steps - not to mention a better interest rate than the other competitors I considered. When a hiccup happened on the banking end, Kara/ Nyana jumped right in and made sure everything got cleared up quickly and completely. Great experience and I'd recommend RefiJet for anyone looking to buy out their lease!

She was able to get me a much better interest rate (less than 1/2 of what I was paying previously) and my monthly payment decreased. The process was quick and easy!
