I love the repher brushes!! And I LOVE the idea of the concept store. These have quickly become my favorite brushes and I’m obsessed and working on replacing my entire collection.
Quality product and fast shipping
Quality product and fast shipping. Many of these brushes are multipurpose for applying eyeshadow, powder, blush/bronzer or blending. They have a very small pencil brush which is so useful for liner and a flat brush that has a thin/dense/soft edge to add shadow under lower lashes. Must have brushes.
Great customer experience
The website is easy to navigate through the site, minimalist yet elegant, highlighting the key products. I also like the idea of the Concept Store, that I haven’t seen from other brands. The products also shipped quite fast and the packaging was very good, the products arrived, well protected. Thanks!

I love the product and the customer…
I love the product and the customer service but I removed one star as there were problems with shipping/delivery - the original order was delayed at customs and the second order didn't ever reach me even though I was notified that they were delivered. However the customer service to resolve the issues was prompt, and professional - they sent me out a third order at no charge with no questions asked.

Their products feel well thought-out and take customer feedback into consideration. Their website is sleek and minimal, so it's easy to find anything I am looking for. My experience with CS has also been quite positive.

Why did I wait so long?
I've gotten so many compliments on my skin since applying my base with the rephr brushes. At age 52, I'm shocked that I've gone my whole life without knowing the joys of a high quality brush. My skin is luminous, like the skin I had 15 years ago. My shopping experience was flawless. The brushes were perfect, and were sent to me quickly, properly packaged. The concept store is perfect for trying them out, but they are worth every penny at full price.
