I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service team isn’t helpful at all. Every time I try to apply, it tells me “You already have an account, please sign in.” Mind you, I’m already logged in, it sends me through a repetitive cycle and I can’t even put in an application to get approved or denied. I’ve called customer service over a span of 2 weeks and still no solution for me.

I borrowed $4500 and the total I will be paying back is $14,909. That is crazy. I have been making payments since February 2026 of $207 semi-monthly, and NOTHING but $106.52 has gone towards the principal. I received a nice notice in the mail with a low interest rate; however, it was changed without my knowledge once everything was signed and delivered. Next time I will take screenshots to keep as proof. I will submit a complaint and try to pay this off early. I wouldn't be as upset if part of my payments were going to the principal, but they aren't and that is ridicules. I will say when I called to see what was going on the customer service was good, which is why I gave them 2 stars.

After being denied more than enough times, I gave up. I was told about Rise was tired of doing applications. This process was so easy, I’m still in disbelief I was approved. Just note to read carefully whether you want direct deposit or paper check. Paper check takes about a week. I’m grateful. Thank you . Adrienne
