All 3 dresses that I bought from Rosewe last year fit to the tee.

Terrible company

Ordered two bikinis, terrible material, tiny bottoms goodness knows who would fit into them as half your buts would be hanging out. Returned items in timely manner and still have not had my refund. Brought the items on Klarna and now I owe Klarna the money. Stay away from the company as they will not refund you when goods are returned.

I've bought swimdresses from Rosewe numerous time in the past, always been pleased with them. However I cant say the same about the three I have just received! The material is of a cheaper quality, the fit is nowhere near as good and they are a good couple of inches shorter. I'm a size 20 /22 with a long body, so always buy separate tops and bottoms, these dresses are only mid hip!

My negative Experience

At the time I bought the dress, the dress had a value if £32 and I bought it as part if a package "buy two and a third is free". When I got the dresses, ine if the dresses did fit and I decided to exchange for another only to be asked to pay £9 more as according to Shein, the is now worth £19 and I wanted to swap it for a £28 one. And when I asked them to return the dress back (as I prefer to keep that dress instead of paying a single penny more, they refused. This is very dishonest. It was my first time trying them and it will be the last. I just wanted to share my experience Very bad return policy

Very disappointed with the quality. Be very careful you are only allowed 1 refund or 1 exchange. I exchanged an item for smaller size , thinking it would fit ...it did not...they didn't want to know when I asked for a refund . I ended up with an item costing £43 that I can't wear. This is for a wedding . I will not use again and gave insuscribed

Their service are always prompt and item beautiful with reasonable prices my friends and family love them ,The only problem I have with one of the last 2 items the bust is a little tight ,but one of my family member love it .Keep up the good works.

Don't buy from them!!!

If I could give minus stars I would! Absolutely ridiculous and rude customer services. First of all their clothes look nothing like as described in person! Secondly, if you need a refund, they accept your return items and don't give you back the money! They basically stole my money that I was supposed to be refunded and kept the items I ordered! I will NEVER be shopping here again and I would NOT recommend them either. Don't waste your time or money. They are thieves!!! On top of that they were so rude to me when I contacted their customer service!

Don't recommend them at all - STAY AWAY from them! The refund policy is a joke, and you have to pay for returns out of your refunds, unless you stay credit with them - but since the clothes are so awful and none fit (either too big or too small in areas)! The clothes are cheap and the fits are not accurate at all, and then you have to pay for their inaccuracy! Don't both and go to SHEIN instead, at least you get free returns with them!

Scam company

Biggest scam I've ever experienced in the online retail world. Crappy products, confiscatory return fees, and terrible customer service. If you ever order from them (and I would strongly advise against it), I hope you like your product because even if it arrives late and in a partially-opened package it will cost you about 30% of the original order cost to return it.
